Dear Daniel, Sincerely, I am shocked by some sentences in your comment. Our pictures show the house and the views around it. Are there trees nearby closing your view ? No. This house is one of the rare lucky ones to have huge modern windows directly facing the marvellous hills of world famous Crete Senesi, sweet perfectly preserved hills so beautiful that latin poets already have been written about them over 2000 years ago, at the time Etruscan where the owners of this splendid region. They are classified as World Heritage by the Unesco. Their characteristic is that there are not many trees, and the few ones are artistically placed by the country workers or by the owners of this lucky land. We advertise the exact location of this villa. You could easily check the view in google earth or maps. About the street, which is not paved by only 40 meters, let me tell you that the previous owner used to drive a Porsche. If you scratched your car, I think you where driving a Ferrari, which of course is not suitable for any Tuscan street. If you are driving such a low profile car, you should check ahead on google or ask me in advance. This 40 meters unpaved but flat street is easily doable by 99,99 % of the cars. We never advertised this house as "deluxe", but only as design. And the price is accordingly not of a deluxe house, but for a design villa with pool and incredible views. It has design both in the architecture and the furniture. Usually the traditional country houses in Tuscany have small windows. The interiors are dark. This one is a rare example of modern architecture with its great advantages in views and light. I invite you to check again our online pictures and the location before saying this is not what you expected.

There was indeed a mistake in the web programming, that I immediately modified. I intended 8 guest max including two baby in cots, at maximum. I now fixed the number and it correctly shows max 6 adults, as it should. We took note of your suggestion for plastic glass for the pool, although we try to avoid to buy plastic objects. Dear Mr Jonny, thank you very much for your feedback. We do have air-conditioning on the ground floor, installed in the dining area, near the black oval table. We deeply apologise for the gardening that was not accurate, we immediately called our gardener in order to fix all those problems. The manual of the house is a technical booklet to let you solve problems in case of emergency. We now updated the manual book with information about the garbage collection and the local taxi company. We are able to offer more info about bus, but we found out the most reliable and updated information is available on Google, as time schedules may be modified depending on the season and other events. We are always ready to give our personal suggestions and tourist information for your best stay, as we did when you asked for the closest supermarket. This family has been very, very nice with the property and the people who organise the welcome. The communication was extremely easy and pleasant. They have been perfectly in time on every appointment. The house was left in perfect order and easy for the maids to finish the cleaning.
