A wonderful 90-square-meter farmhouse that can accommodate up to 6 people, located on the first floor of an elegant historic building (access via steps). The property is located in a historic area, just outside the city of Siena (1.3 km); a stone’s throw from Piazza del Campo and the main attractions of the historic center.<br><br>The accommodation consists of three bedrooms, a living room with a kitchenette, three bathrooms, and a large shared courtyard.<br><br><br><br>On-site parking available!<br><br><br><br>The apartment is located on the first floor (steps to enter). Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).<br><br>Summer: The average air temperature must not fall below 26°C for all types of buildings.<br><br>Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which heating is permitted and the daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.<br><br>Siena Climate Zone D: 11 hours per day from November 8 to April 7.<br><br><br><br>For check-ins between 8:00 PM and 9:00 PM, a surcharge of EUR 20.00 will apply, payable in cash upon arrival.<br><br>After 9:00 PM, ONLY self-check-in will be available.
