'The property did not respond to emails or phone calls. No code to get in was ever sent Phone calls from me or the neighbor lady were not answered . We never got into the property and had to find alternative accommodations for the night..The address is wrong and 121 takes you to a run down building so you must be a bit of a detective to even find the correct building Would it be hard to put your house numbet on your building? The neighborhood is more run down then i would have thought. I cant say...

'We enjoyed everything Playa las Tortugas had to offer from the ocean to the estuary to the pools to the sunrises/sunset. What made everything so easy and special was having Maria and Mario there -- they were both so great! They attended to anything we needed in terms of transportation, planning excursions, getting snacks/groceries, getting across the estuary, and even gave us ideas of things to do with the kids we hadn't thought of ourselves.
