'Verblijf was zeer goed, grote kamers, Wifi perfect, stort douche. Restaurant, geen grote kaart, maar wat erop op staat meer dan voldoende, kwaliteit meer dan oké '

'Super hotel, nieuw dus heel erg modern. Eten was ook erg goed. We komen hier zeker terug. Is 5 min verder van het vliegveld dan het andere goede hotel dat bij het vliegveld zit, maar is de moeite waard om 5 min extra te rijden. Dit hotel is echt beter.'

'Hoewel een kort verblijf van 2 nachten, een prima tijd gehad in het in historische centrum zeer centraal gelegen hotel. Ook van het straatverkeer geen last, mede omdat de straat relatief smal is. Bijzonder was dat die Zondag verplicht binnenblijven was vanwege de census( volkstelling) Uitsluitend militairen en politie op straat. Echter met het fijne hotel en de goede maaltijden was het niet echt rampzalig. Ook was het bijzonder dat het hele land vanaf vrijdagmiddag tot maandagmiddag drooggelegd...

'I have stayed here 3 times now and their service is always excellent. They are super helpful. At midnight, I don't like taking taxis to the center of Quito so we always spend the 1st night there. The hostal has a unique cute style. It is conveniently located by the airport. The rooms always clean. We will continue staying there, and referring people. Oh, and they always bring breakfast to your room (always delicious and fulfilling) at no extra charge.'

'Front desk staff very friendly even arriving arriving after midnight, show me where to park and then walked with me to my room. The room is very spacious and clean. The bed is very comfortable and then the next morning they will hand deliver you breakfast. It has been one of my best experiences in Ecuador and not a big hotel chain. AAA+ '

'The service was great at the lobby and concierge. The restaurant staff could have been a bit friendlier and alert. But otherwise great hotel, great location. Keep in mind the hotel is older so the floors creak a ton while walking. '

'Hotel confused me for my sister who had a separate reservation. Even though I have platinum status she received the upgraded room. We had identified this at the time of checkin. Service by hotel staff was way beyond expectations. We had two non hotel issues and hotel staff went out of their way to resolve. Can’t say enough about the staff. Breakfast items were limited in types but items all were high quality so it balances out. '
