'The pictures online when we booked showed beautiful grounds and gardens. The exterior was a mess. Weeds and peeling paint. Garbage cans in plain sight. Upon arrival we were given no instructions how to enter room or access beach chairs lock. No coffee maker and ice maker did not work. I told lady in office and nothing was done. We stayed 7 days and room was cleaned once. Had to ask for towels 2x before finally delivered. The girls in office were nice but looked like deers in headlights when...
