This second floor 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condominium is located on the Gulf side of our property. Because of its central location, it is a short walk to our white sandy beach, the tennis courts, pool and charcoal barbeques. This condo has everything you need to enjoy your Siesta Key vacation. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our two bedroom units sleep a maximum of six people. The master bedroom has 2 queen sized beds with a 32" flat screen TV and the guest bedroom has one king size bed with a 32" flat screen TV. The beautiful master bathroom has a walk-in shower and the guest bathroom has a shower/tub combination. The living room is equipped with a large HD 55" flat screen TV for your enjoyment. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a coffee maker as well as a Keurig machine. The condo is completely tiled throughout. The screened in patio allows you and your family to enjoy our beautiful tropical breezes. Deposit & Cancellation Policy:
Please Note: Payments will be automatically taken on the date they are due with the credit card given at the time of booking. Changing units is considered a cancellation and all cancellation policies apply.
We require a rental contract is signed in the first 24hours after creating a reservation, A $200 cancellation fee will apply to all reservations canceled. If canceled 31 days or more to the scheduled arrival date, funds will be refunded fully minus the $200 fee. canceled within 30 days of arrival date funds of 50% will be refunded minus the $200 cancellation fee. If cancelled on the day of arrival or a no-show, all monies will be lost.
