  • Als je het # 1 strand van het land gaat bezoeken, blijf dan op het # 1 strand! Dit appartement met 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers aan het strand ligt aan Siesta Key Beach en op slechts een steenworp afstand van het zachte witte zand dat Siesta Key Beach te bieden heeft. Het heeft ook een verwarmd zwembad en een groot balkon met uitzicht op Siesta Key en het strand. Dit strandachtige strandresort, omgeven door een prachtig tropisch onderhouden landschap met palmbomen, biedt alle voorzieningen die u zich maar kunt wensen om de perfecte strandvakantie te maken.

    Het appartement bevindt zich op de derde verdieping van de strandontwikkeling Jamaica Royale. Het is een zeer ruim en groot appartement dat veel ruimte en ruimte biedt. De belangrijkste woonkamer is ingericht met twee banken en een flatscreen televisie. Een groot deel van de woonkamer van het appartement bestaat uit grote glazen schuifdeuren van muur tot muur opening tot het grote balkon met uitzicht op Siesta Key en het strand. Het balkon is uitgerust met ligstoelen en een tafel en stoelen. Er is een eethoek met een grote eettafel en stoelen. De keuken is volledig uitgerust met alle benodigde apparatuur en kookgerei, en kijkt uit over het zwembad en het strand. De slaapkamer heeft een kingsize bed en een eigen complete badkamer. De hoofdslaapkamer is ook opgebouwd uit grote glazen schuifdeuren van muur tot muur die uitkomen op het grote balkon. De tweede slaapkamer biedt twee tweepersoonsslaapkamers en een dressoir. De tweede complete badkamer bevindt zich in de gang en is gemakkelijk bereikbaar voor alle gasten in de flat. Het appartement biedt ook een wasmachine en droger en een berging.

    De resort-stijlgemeenschap van Jamaica Royale biedt een verwarmd zwembad, een barbecueroostingstation naast het strand, verzorgde palmbomen-landscaping, buitendouches en strandstoelen voor als u geniet van het zachte zand van Siesta Key Beach.

    Elke attractie van Siesta Key is binnen handbereik tijdens uw verblijf hier. Of je nu je tenen wilt laten zakken in het zachte witte zand op het strand, of even wilt pauzeren om de zonsondergang boven de rust van de Golf van Mexico Ocean te bekijken, je hoeft alleen maar stappen te ondernemen. Awesome Location

We had a relaxing vacation in one of the most beautiful places in Florida. Location is perfect. You are not overrun by massive crowds but are still very close to shops and restaurants. The water and beach are beautiful as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Please verify that this property has been completely renovated, and exterminated before booking. As of March 30, 2023, this rental was full of cockroaches, the master bedroom mattress smelled like mildew, mold in the showers and around the baseboards, grimy furniture, and beach amenities were rusted, broken or missing.

Wouldn’t stay here again !!!

Everything outdated !! Carpet dirty , wood molding rotten , linens poor , torn bedsheet , crumbs in cabinets , bare bones minimum kitchen utensils ! So disappointed! Location was only saving grace … beach beautiful , easy access to town , pool nice . I would recommend choosing another unit for sure . We will not stay here again !!

Not as advertised!! Pictures posted do not show reality. 1970’s decor. Sofa sleeper broken. Had throw pillows under the cushions to keep you from falling in. 8 track cassette player for your listening pleasure. A/C no lower than 73. Bedrooms in the 80’s all day. Dirt everywhere. Dust everywhere. Disgusting. Managerial team is horrendous! Manager called me a liar about dust mites. Pictures attached as proof! I asked for the management company owner to call me. He never called! I’m reporting to all necessary agencies in Florida. Stains on the sheets, comforters. The place has paint roller streaks, on walls, cabinets. The entire place needs painted, updated and cleaned!

DO NOT RENT THIS UNIT!!

Please do not waste your money on this unit. Jamaica Royale is a GREAT place to stay, but go through their office and not this unit. This unit is not managed by Jamaica Royale. Upon arrival, we noticed it was very outdated (which I did expect from previous reviews, but didn't really care as long as it was clean) The stove was dirty, found dust and hair in the bedrooms from not being cleaned, the bathrooms have not been touched as doors were splintering and mold and mildew growing on trim. Get ready to go to bed that evening after a long 20+ hours of travel to find that the air mattress has a hole in it. The sleeper sofa is broken. Property manager brings us a new air mattress at 9pm, but have no way to pump it up. My college age girls assure me everything is fine and they will sleep on couch and love seat to make it work. The girls that were sleeping in the beds wake me up at 11:30pm to tell me there are bugs in the beds! So half my party slept on the tile floor!! Needless to say this was my breaking point. I was not paying to have my family sleeping on a tile floor for the week. Property manager didn't see an issue and told me there would be no refunds and that the place was "as advertised" They did not advertise bugs, they did not advertise the dirt in the kitchen or the lack of supplies, they did not advertise the mold/mildew in the bathrooms or the dust/hair in the bedrooms. Please don't waste your money here!

Not Worth the Money

Very, very dated. The eight track cassette player in the living says it all. Tired, worn furniture. Uncomfortable beds. Old towels, bedding and horrible pillows. Drawers in the kitchen fell out when opened (among other kitchen issues). The owners of this place haven’t spent a dime on this condo in years. The actual Jamaica Royale property is not maintained as it once was, but you can still find much better properties than this place through them. The only 5-star component is its proximity to the beach, but I still don’t think that makes up for the condition of the unit. Don’t waste your hard earned dollars.

Great location - interior upgrades needed

We enjoyed our stay as the location was outstanding. As many have said in reviews, the condo is a bit dated and in need of TLC. However, we anticipated that based upon the descriptions and past reviews. The only item that is a bit critical when it comes to maintenance is having no lock on the balcony door. We had a hiccup with no welcome package but were able to work with the emergency line and property manager to get parking passes and bands that we needed.

Great location to beach, a bit of a hike to downtown but great for the family and the beach. Lots of space, great balcony and washer/dryer is key if staying for a week. You can be on the beach all day and your condo is right there. Family had a great time.

The property was in a prime location on Siesta Key. our accommodations could use some updating but was adequate for our one week stay. One afternoon I went back to the room to get some lunch and found 2 women in my condo in the master bath fixing the toilet. I was furious that they would enter our condo without me knowing! I didn't trust the staff after that! All of our personal items were sitting out and until we did full inventory of everything I was extremely upset! It left a bad image of the facility and staff!

Christmas stay in siesta key

We had room T34 at Jamaica Royale. Location was great. However this unit is way outdated and needed a lot of maintenance. The bathrooms were outdated and the shower controls barely worked. The Hot and Cold indicators were reversed and my wife was nearly scalded during her first shower. We had ant issues in the kitchen and one bedroom. This unit is in a perfect location but needs some TLC. This is a unit someone says it can’t be as bad as the review and would only stay in once after staying there. We were able to glance in some other units while there to see how far outdated this unit is. If location on Siesta key and proximity to the beach at your stay are your only requirements then this unit works.

The condo is in desperate need of an upgrade, new furniture and a deep, deep clean.

The setting was good, patio was big, beach was nice. But a dead dried up lizard in the condo living room was gross, hidden by vertical blinds that kept falling off eacH time you closed them. Master bath had mold, a rusted door stop and dirty shower. Other bath had shower door missing. Called the number given, VM said they’d call back, never did. Maintenance provided a shower curtain for bath. Door was in closet. Why wasn’t it installed. Furniture was dirty, spots on it. We had 4 women in condo, they gave us 4 towels and 3 washcloths. Cheap! I have used VRBO before and never have had a bad experience until this condo. Will not rent from this owner again. Too nice a setting to have such a shabby condo. Does not deserve to be listed on VRBO.

Perfect Location Needs a few Updates

The location of this property is fantastic! Everything in the unit was functional and the outdoor space was amazing. The wash rags that were in the unit looked more like rags for cleaning they were stringy and you could see through them and the dishes all had to be washed before we could use them because they either looked dirty or were dusty. Those are the only improvements I really saw that were needed. I would absolutely stay here again.

Condo apartment is not up to date. Bathrooms are old and dirty. there is mold in some walls. Floor of bathrooms are filthy. Owners have no pride of ownership. In top of all (not your fault) we had 4 days of RED TIDE. It is a pity because the apartment if updated can be very nice. Only problem with building is it only has one elevator. This i do not understand?!!

Will not Rent again

We will not do business with Rent Siesta Key again. The person I communicated with was rude and kept referring me to a website or app that was difficult to find information on. There was a bad red tide so we couldn’t stay due to health reasons and they won’t refund a single penny. I called the condo building twice the week before and they said it was fine, like there was no red tide; however, when we got there it hurt to breathe, our eyes stung and everyone outside was coughing. Had we at least known how bad it was we could have booked something at least somewhat in advance- instead we scrambled to book something else that night. The building is dated and the elevator is awful- very tiny and crammed with people- impossible to get our stuff to our room, and the doors are a safety hazard- they kept shutting on us. The couch smelled like cigarettes. The rooms are very dated as well. Overall awful experience. There are way better places to stay in siesta key and i wouldn’t do business with these people again.

This is a great property if your main goal is being close to the beach. The condo is dated but clean and comfortable. I would rent it again.

What I would want to know

So it is right on beach, it is large with gigantic deck. You can see ocean from bedroom and kitchen window. One big plus -2 large full chairs, lg & sm cooler, toys, boogie boards, hats all in closets anything you need. Def room for my daughter, son n law and grandson to come next year. Check in was easy. Couldn't get shower head pulled out and manager ( Adam very nice) came that night... a Saturday. We loved it here, we came to siesta key for 6 years this is our favorite so far. Elevator and stairs. Clean property landscaping . My favorite was each floor had a trash room for your trash bags no trash anywhere around in sight laying around. Plenty towels and beach towels. We will be back! I did buy trash bags. Oh and instacart and door dash deliver. Big help first day!
