Our ground floor, Key West style condo is located in the pristine Gulf & Bay Club Bayside gated community. Your private beach access directly across the street is just short walk the world-famous, powdery white sands of Siesta Key Beach

This one of a kind "Old Key West Style" complex features two swimming pools, lighted pickleball and tennis courts, barbecue grills, fitness room, sauna, and seashell walking path. Pour yourself a cup of coffee, tea or your favorite beverage and stroll to our beautiful dock and fishing pier; the perfect place to sit, relax and watch the dolphins play.

Our unit features a newly renovated kitchen with all new kitchen appliances and convenient in-unit washer and dryer. Enjoy the fully appointed tropical glass and screened lanai, comfortable living room and serene master bedroom. The den with queen bed provides additional space for a quiet guest retreat.

We provide high-speed internet and cable. Smart TVs are in the living room, master bedroom and guest den. Our garage is stocked with beach chairs, sun umbrella, beach cart, cooler and fishing poles, all available for your enjoyment.

When you are not enjoying time outdoors, feel free to open one of our many books, games, or challenging puzzles. Dining and shopping are a relaxing 15–20-minute walk or quick ride on one of the many free shuttles that travel throughout town. Lastly, be sure not to miss the famous Siesta Key Drum Circle every Sunday across the street at the public beach. Bring your favorite beverage and enjoy this colorful sunset ritual.
