Welcome to Crescent Arms unit CA 101 N. We are located on Siesta Key Florida. This is a beach front property with a private beach.

It is a highly coveted ground floor front center unit. You can walk right out of the screened Lanai down to the beach. Featuring the best views of the white sandy beach and the vast sunsets that Siesta key has to offer. This unit has a huge Lanai that is accessible from the living area and both bedrooms through sliding glass doors. The 2 bedrooms are separated by the living room offering privacy in each bedroom with their own bathroom en suite. Every room has a view of the water while cooking dinner at night to relaxing in your bed in the morning you can watch the seagulls fly by and hear the waves lapping against the white sand beach.
All units are 2-bedroom and 2-bathroom units with kitchen and dining area. Most units have a screened in lanai and some have a glassed-in lanai.
All units have a view of the water except for our villas.
We provide linens and beach towels. We do not have a linen service if you would like fresh towels during your stay, we have coin operated laundry on all the floors except the first floor.
Our Beach is ready for you to enjoy the sunshine. We provide you with beach loungers at no charge. If you would like a beach umbrella our beach service would be happy to set one up for you at the going rate.
Make sure to pack your swimsuit, Sunglasses, and sunscreen to enjoy your vacation.
The Warm weather, White sand, blue water, and beautiful sunsets await your arrival.
