    Deze prachtige eenheid werd gerenoveerd. Er is porseleinen tegels in de gemeenschappelijke ruimtes, woonkamer, eetkamer, keuken en hal. Alle werkbladen zijn uitgevoerd in graniet. Beide douches zijn betegeld tot aan het plafond, hebben hoekplanken en hebben frameloze deuren met handgrepen. De hoofddouche heeft ook een douchestoel. Beide slaapkamers zijn voorzien van vloerbedekking. De woonkamer heeft een leren bank, een loveseat en een fauteuil met uitzicht op het prachtige strand en de golf. Er is ook een spiegelwand in de woonkamer, die een weerspiegeling is van dit spectaculaire uitzicht. De keuken is goed uitgerust met kleine en grote apparaten. De kasten hebben soft close laden en trekken onder rekken uit. De eettafel biedt plaats aan 4 personen met een toog met plaats voor nog eens 2 extra. Er zijn extra stoelen en een bank beschikbaar voor extra zitplaatsen. Het balkon heeft een tafel met 4 stoelen en 2 chaise lounge stoelen. Vanwege de zuidelijke blootstelling schijnt de zon tot laat in de middag op uw eigen terras. Er is een groot zonneterras met ligstoelen en tafels en stoelen ligt op slechts een steenworp afstand in de hal van deze accommodatie. Dit apparaat zal uw verblijf zo aangenaam maken dat u dit uw jaarlijkse vakantiebestemming wilt maken. Alles is op loopafstand, zoals restaurants, boodschappen, drogisterij en alle andere voorzieningen die Siesta Key te bieden heeft.

The condo was very clean and updated and had everything we needed (so much so that my wife was afraid she was going to have to cook. Lol!) We were especially pleased with the fact that after being there a week, the maids came in and changed our bedding and brushed up the place. That was very much appreciated.

Forgetting your “chair pass” can make the umbrella police not happy. Summers are getting hotter and the tents make a difference , this should be reviewed , maybe enforce take down before sunset , or any other thing , but banning them and charging for the umbrellas , not cool

Three were excellent. The 4th seemed to have an installer (dishwasher) or maintenance man there every day. Very disruptive. Needs some things tho, the kitchen could use some new skillets and such, musty smell in the hallway near the back bedroom. The condo is nice but ready for some updates, way too much furniture that's not used or needed. We only had access to the balcony for Monday, it was being repainted and the one day job took all week.We were aware the painting we going to be done that week but man they are very slow. Over all we were very happy and will stay again with you.

Big plus is the distance to the water across the sand. A shorter walk to the water makes beach set up easier. Dining and shops across the street from condo you can easily walk to. Completely secured building even to use elevators.
