  • Island House Beach Resort! Crescent Beach, Siesta Key Florida. Dit prachtig onderhouden complex is gelegen aan een van de beste stranden in centraal Florida. Deze 3e verdieping, 2 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers appartement biedt uitzicht op palmbomen, wit zand en de turquoise wateren van de Golf van Mexico. Het uitzicht is pittoresk en de zonsondergangen spectaculair. Dit appartement is 1300 m², zonder vloerbedekking en bevindt zich op de 3e verdieping. Het heeft een koning, 2 tweelingen, slaper. Het heeft een grote woonkamer, eetkamer, volledig ingerichte keuken (alle apparatuur), Lanai. Het heeft tegelvloeren, granieten toonbanken en is zeer goed onderhouden. Het heeft 3 tv's, dvd en gratis Wi-Fi in het apparaat! Dit aantrekkelijke complex heeft 2 strandhuisjes, strandstoelen en een binnenplaats met sjoelbak. Er is een recreatieruimte met zwembad, tafeltennis, air hockey. Er is ook een groot verwarmd zwembad. De unit heeft centrale verwarming en a / c. Er zijn veel winkels, restaurants en dingen te doen in de omgeving. Busch Gardens / Adventure Island is een uur rijden en Disney / Epcot is 2 1/2 uur rijden. Pak je koffers in en maak je vakantie onvergetelijk.

Reviewer Comments: The property is older and a mix of multi-level condo buildings and single level standalone villas that were all impacted by the hurricanes last year. It appears all the villas are still being worked on. You pass the villas coming onto the property and during the weekdays there are a mix of construction/trade vehicles and large dumpsters. Some of the windows on the condos are boarded up still.The unit we were in was spacious and had all the kitchen items we needed. Plenty of couch space to sit and table space to eat. Nice sized bathrooms with big showers. The unit was fairly clean when we arrived, but the countertops and floors were "gritty" and should have been cleaner IMO. Overall the place needed a good deep cleaning. Most of the screens on the patio were missing and the windows were showing their age... hard to open and some damage on the hardware and shades.The unit could use a good refresh throughout. Access to the beach was great and the availability of chair/tent/cabana service was easy to use. The pool was very nice and big but at the opposite end of the property from the beach and along the main road (Midnight Pass). The trolley has stops right by the main entrance.Distance to both Siesta Key Village and grocery/Target/off island food options was short. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Location and easy beach access were the main positives. You can tell they are trying to put things back together after the storms last year. Would stay here again if conditions continue to improve.

Island House is also very conveniently located to restaurants, shopping, groceries, etc. We can't wait to return.

Amenities in the unit were good and we appreciated the easy access to washer/dryer. Unit was clean and plenty of space. Master suite was good, and second bedroom and full bath also good. A little tight for 6 adults (which it advertises). Had a few issues upon arrival, some of which were stated to be from the previous tenant, and some should have been handled before our arrival. Management company was quick to respond and polite. Feel free to spray for cockroaches more frequently. Coming from the north, not used to seeing that on the kitchen counter.
