Dit prachtig onderhouden complex ligt op het breedste deel van een van de beste stranden in het centrum van Florida. Het appartement is 1300 vierkante meter en bevindt zich op de 2e verdieping. KIng, 2 tweelingen, slaper. Het heeft een grote woonkamer, een eethoek, een volledig uitgeruste keuken, granieten toonbanken, Lanai. Er een 3 high definition-tv's, dvd, centrale verwarming / airconditioning. Gratis Wi-Fi in eenheid! Het appartement biedt een panoramisch uitzicht op palmbomen, wit zand en de kristalblauwe wateren van de Golf van Mexico. Het uitzicht is pittoresk en de zonsondergangen zijn prachtig. Dit aantrekkelijke complex heeft 2 strandhuisjes, strandstoelen en een binnenplaats met sjoelbak. Er is een groot verwarmd zwembad en een recreatieruimte met een zwembad, tafeltennis en airhockey. Er zijn veel winkels, restaurants, golfen, tennis en andere attracties in de buurt. Busch Gardens / Adventure Island is 1 uur rijden en Disney / Epcot is 21/1 uur rijden. Excellent Location-On the beach

Great place. If I had to find something negative to write about is the location of the pool. Not a deal breaker at all its just a decent walk from beach. Parking is limited to 2 cars on property as there is no room. We left a car at Publix up the street.

Great location right on the beach. The unit was clean and had all the basic needs we needed for the stay. The covered parking spot was a plus as well. Comfortable stay for the family, loved the views from the covered balcony area. Cannot wait to return.

Unit had awesome views, was very clean, trolley stop steps away on main street, personnel more than accommodating, more that fully equipped kitchen (not that we used much) & I could go on for days. Granted some of the furnishings were worn but I wasn't at my house and I'm sure many people flow through her each year. If you want the latest in furniture stay home. The beach was the best I've been at in the US. Very clean and beautiful sand. A shell collectors dream. Not one to visit same place twice but will be back to the Island House Beach Resort.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the first time in this unit, we usually stay in 5S. We really like the updated master bathroom and floors. The one thing that needs repair are the cabinets throughout the condo. They are peeling off the doors mainly on top of doors. Some places had tape to hold them in place. It would be nice to have a magnifying mirror attached to the wall in master bath. Other than that it was a great visit!

Pleasantly Surprised

Great beach location and comfortable/clean condo. Some of the outdoor areas of the resort could use some TLC. Exterior doors are in desperate need of a paint job which makes the property look tired and worn out. I was a little worried when walking to the condo my first night in the dark but was pleasantly surprised with how nice it was on the inside. Laundry area could also use an update. Dangerous set up and fire hazard with how the dryer is vented.
