  • Island House Beach Resort !! Siesta Key Florida. Deze 2 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers unit is 1300 vierkante meter en is gelegen op een van de mooiste stranden in Florida. Het heeft een grote woonkamer, een eethoek, 2 veranda, centrale verwarming / ac, een volledig uitgeruste keuken, (alle apparatuur) 3 tv's, dvd en bevindt zich op de 3e verdieping. Het heeft een koning, 2 tweelingen. Gratis Wi-Fi in eenheid !! Dit appartement biedt uitzicht op palmbomen, wit zand en de turquoise wateren van de Golf van Mexico. Het uitzicht is pittoresk en de zonsondergangen magnifiek. Het complex heeft 2 strandhuisjes, strandstoelen en een mooie binnenplaats aan het strand. Er is een groot verwarmd zwembad en een recreatie met zwembad, ping pong, air hockey. Er zijn veel winkels, restaurants, galeries, golfen, tennis, watersporten in de omgeving. Busch Gardens is 1 uur rijden en Disney / Epcot 21/2 uur. Pak je koffers en loop een van de meest gedenkwaardige vakanties ooit in!

Dilemmas when renting during summer season

The pillows were pretty flat so that made for an uncomfortable nights sleep. will need to bring my own for next time. The property was fairly full so the noise past 10pm was very evident in the grounds by the shuffleboard area. The quiet time was not implemented so disappointed in having to deal with the noise past such a late time. Management was sent an email regarding this issue and I never heard anything back and nothing was ever done about the noise.

The pictures do not do justice. This place is immaculate. View of gulf incredible. FYI, the king bed is very firm, and the 2 twin beds have memory foam. Love this place!

Reviewer Comments: We love Island House and have stayed in this condo before and plan to come back to it again. We love this place as it is quiet and the access to the beach is amazing!!! Some constructive feedback would be that unlike last time, we had an issue and called the front desk and no one ever responded. Nothing too major but the handle on our microwave broke off on the first day, called twice and said they would send someone but no one showed up. Some areas of the condo looked to not have been cleaned in awhile (area around door knobs, by light switches, etc. I cleaned with stuff we bought and it came right off. Just surprised as last time we visited the unit was spotless.

Family Vacation

Our vacation started out a nightmare with another booking in Long Boat Key, I found this booking and booked our stay and from the moment we walked in the doors we had the best time. The place was absolutely beautiful, it is the best location and the view is absolutely amazing. I could not of asked for a better home away from home for my family. I can’t wait to book again for next year. Island Beach House is definitely our new temporary home ❤️

View of beach to die for from the sun room. On windy or colder days we enjoyed sitting, eating, and reading there with a full view of the beautiful beach and everything happening there. Easy entry via elevator from parking. Almost like a private entrance as only one other unit used that elevator at our floor.

Beautiful property and outstanding location right on siesta key beach. The check-in and checkout process was super easy the management company is outstanding! The unit is fully renovated, very tastefully done, and super clean! They pay close attention to all the details!

Great getaways

The building and grounds were well-maintained and the unit was clean, nicely furnished and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was modern and was well stocked with dishes, glasses and cookware for cooking and serving a small group. The views from the family room and lanai were beautiful and the unit was just steps from the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful beachview

Loved the balcony beach view and screened in porch as well as window beach view from master bedroom! The beach was beautiful and well maintained. I would recommend new mattresses as we did not have the most comfortable sleep but the view and beach made up for it! We also loved the good water pressure in the shower and all the beach toys and a puzzle we did as a family on the patio!

beautiful and very well maintained

The condo was beautiful and very well maintained. I have stayed at other such ones bfore and thought it was difficult because of humidity near the ocean but not. two things we missed - laundry in the condo & exhaust fans in the baths. But otherwise - kitchen, views, bathrooms - felt like someone really thought thru how to make it clean & simple. Would love to stay there if/when we do visit again.
