Siesta Key Charmer

This charming cottage on a Siesta Key Estate, was built in the early 1950`s with a New England touch. High Ceilings and excellent craftmanship throughout.
The cottage can accomodate as many people as you can put in it, but its really best for 1 or 2 people.
We are on almost 2 acres on the South End of Siesta Key, on little Sarasota Bay.
There is some construction left on a home across the private drive and the home to the North is still very much under construction. We are taking that into consideration with our rates, for the most part. it has gotten a lot quieter since the home was dried in.
We have Kayaks, a Jon Boat with an electric motor and a large dock.
The real amenities are the Trees and the animals that inhabit the property. The Oaks are majestic.
