Dit appartement aan het strand is de perfecte plek om te genieten van Amerika's nummer 1 strand, Siesta Key! Prachtig bijgewerkt en verbouwd met high-end afwerkingen, maar je zult zeker genieten van alles wat de Siesta Key-levensstijl te bieden heeft. Dit appartement kan comfortabel slapen zes, met een koningin in de master, twee tweelingen in de logeerkamer en een tweepersoons slaapbank in de woonkamer. Prachtig uitzicht op de witte zandstranden van Siesta Key vanuit bijna elke kamer zal je elke ochtend begroeten! WIFI met een beveiligd wachtwoord is inbegrepen voor onze gasten.

Gelegen in de Casa Mar Community vindt u veel prachtige voorzieningen! Er zijn twee verwarmde zwembaden, shuffleboard, tennisbanen en verschillende bbq's en overdekte parkeerplaats. Casa Mar biedt zijn gasten een privéstrand (direct voor de deur), twee overdekte strandpaviljoens en strandstoelen en een stranddouche!

Traditioneel boeken we wekelijks (zaterdag tot zaterdag) of maandelijks. Huurperiodes buiten een van deze zijn mogelijk met 3 dagen huur binnen 14 dagen na boeking. Neem contact met ons op met informatie over aangepaste huurperiodes.

Wij vragen een aanbetaling van 50% bij het boeken van de huur. Er zijn ook schoonmaakkosten van $ 100. 00 voor alle verblijven en $ 59. 00 vereiste schadebeleid.

The view of the beach!

The view of the beach was amazing. The condo was very neat and clean. Debra was excellent to communicate with during booking and when we arrived. I would definitely recommend to my family and friends to stay. Siesta Key is beautiful!

Everything we needed and more!!! My kiddos were constantly playing in the sand in front of the condo. The ocean is RIGHT THERE!!! The pools are so clean!!! My 9 year old son loved the shuffle board. Deb's condo is literally the perfect place for a family getaway with young children. There were puzzles and duplo blocks. So many books. Everything you could possibly need really. The tempurpedic bed in the master was the icing on the cake for me. I suffer from neck problems and I slept like a baby. Debra was very responsive during our stay and we will be back.

A few more staples (paper towels, bags, etc) would have been helpful. Need pillows replaced. Also would recommend a small rental booklet to explain operation of lights, A/V, TVs, induction stove, etc.Lovely overall with view and beach access that you can’t beat!

Perfect Beach Getaway!

We had an amazing stay at this beach condo! The unit was spotless and had everything we needed. The condo also had beach chairs and an umbrella for use! The view was absolutely stunning. The location is perfect, just steps from the beach. The host was super responsive and helpful. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!

The best week

Spring Break trip with family-start to finish- was amazing. Communication with owner was top notch. House had everything we needed and the million dollar view was amazing. Sure wish there was a deck but the condo is awesome nonetheless. Washer/dryer made the stay even better-so easy and right in the unit. Plenty of sand and ocean toys and towels. We will be back!

This location at Siesta Key is wonderful and quiet! Overlooking the beach directly was the best part! Only recommendations are to upgrade the seating. Couch and chairs are not very comfortable. Owner was very responsive when questions arised! Highly recommend this rental!!

Loved this vacation property!

Deb’s place is wonderful. We enjoyed our time there. Lots of comforts and special features are added to this home. The décor is peaceful and relaxing. The furniture and beds were comfortable. This home was clean and as I told Deb, it’s the first time in our last 10 VRBO rentals where I didn’t have to clean upon arrival—that is a significant plus! The location of the property and communication with the owner is great. The amenities on Siesta Key are plentiful. We ate at several great restaurants. We’ve already booked a return trip.

Best View Ever!

We loved staying here. The beach just steps out your door and the sand as soft as baby powder. The bedrooms had plenty of storage, nothing was lacking in the kitchen and the pools were never crowded. There were only two of us so we never used the second bedroom but it was nice to have two bathrooms. The couch was so comfy and we enjoyed sitting in the morning, drinking our coffee with the beautiful view of the beach and waves coming in. No points against but would love to have had a full length mirror on the back of a door and also would have been convenient to have a keypad lock on the door versus keeping up with a key. Would definitely stay here again!

There’s truly no better view especially at sunset! On top of the unbeatable view, the condo is perfect for a small family. Deb had everything stocked with kind friendly toys. A beautiful place, clean and well stocked with towels, dishes and blankets. Directly on the beach with access to two nice pools. Not within walking distance of shops or restaurants if you don’t want to walk a distance but a public transportation stop at the end of the driveway. DoorDash with lots of options was a great service. Would definitely stay again!!
