Locatie Locatie !!Een spectaculair uitzicht op het strand en het water vanuit ons Penthouse appartement op de 5e verdieping. Geniet elke dag van Luminous sunrise's naar onze magische zonsondergangen! Open plattegrond is ruim en perfect voor een feestje. The Living Room heeft veel zitplaatsen. Prachtig gedecoreerd met leren bankstel, love seat, relaxfauteuils en 65 "Smart TV / Blue Ray DVD.
Deze ruime en lichte accommodatie heeft een gerenoveerde keuken, granieten werkbladen, een magnetron en een roestvrijstalen app. en wasmachine / droger. Koel en comfortabel blijven is gemakkelijk gemaakt, want onze unit heeft centrale airconditioning en plafondventilatoren in elke kamer.
De master bedroom suite heeft een kingsize bed met nieuwe comfort topmatras, flatscreen tv, inloopkast en een eigen vernieuwde badkamer. Stel je voor dat je jezelf ontspant in bed en geniet van het uitzicht op het witte zandstrand en het heldere, sprankelende water van de Golf van Mexico. Dit is geen droom, het voelt gewoon een!
Beide suites hebben queensize bedden met nieuwe comfort topmatrassen, flatscreen-tv en een eigen badkamer.
Voorzieningen zijn onder andere een prive-gated strand, lounge stoelen, Tiki Hut met Grill, picknickplaats met grill, verwarmd zwembad met toiletten.
De liften bevinden zich in het midden van het gebouw. Karren beschikbaar om uw bagage te vervoeren bevindt zich op de begane grond naast de liften. Wasmachines met munten op elk niveau door de liften. Er is toegewezen parkeerplaats op het onderste niveau met extra parkeergelegenheid voor gasten met een vergunning van het kantoor.
Je kunt de locatie niet verslaan! Over de St. van restaurants, ijs, kruidenierswaren, apotheek,
Pizza, Bakkerij, Verhuur van strandspullen, postkantoor, 7eleven ....

Family vacation

We had an amazing time! The condo had lots of space for us to hang out together. My parents are elderly so it was very easy walk to the beach for them. The kitchen was well stocked. Our host, Sue, was fantastic! She gave me a list of restaurants to try during our week there and we tried most of them. They were delicious. I highly suggest renting umbrella’s and chairs.

It was a great week and the condo was beautiful. Had no issues and the host was very responsive. I would warn people needing handicap accessible facility that the front stoop has a short step up. If you have a motorized wheelchair it might be an issue. My husband was able to get in and out, but it took some help from my son. Would definitely come back!

Perfect Beach Condo

The Condo exceeded our expectations with cleanliness, nice kitchenware, and a super nice owner/host. The living room is super spacious with a large tv for nighttime movie watching. The views of the ocean are great, only slightly missing the sunset view. We enjoyed the balcony all hours of the day because of a nice breeze that blows through. Overall, a great place to stay and we may be coming back in the future!

Spacious Comfort Close to Everything

My family stayed in Sue's penthouse for 7 nights and we didn't want to leave! The penthouse is well appointed with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a beautiful kitchen, a washer and dryer, and beautiful views of the ocean. You can't beat the location. The beach is only a few steps away as well as a heated pool and a really nice grilling area. Just a short walk across the street is a smaller grocery store that has everything you'll need. There are many delicious restaurants across the street as well. We did not rent a car because there are free trolleys that run from turtle beach all the way to Sarasota. The trolley stop is right near the condo and runs about every 30 minutes. Frog Hop is another option and passes by the condo more often at no cost with the exception of a tip. The owner, Sue, was very responsive. We really enjoyed our vacation and would definitely return.

Best location on Siesta Key!

We love to stay in this area of Siesta Key as it's much less crowded and easy access to get off the Key. LARGE condo with room for everyone! Super easy access to the beach. Modern and clean, comfortable bed and kitchen is as fully stocked as your own. Would stay again!

We had a magnificent time in Siesta Key. The condo was exactly as advertised. It had everything we needed and wanted. Beds and furniture were very comfortable. The proximity to the beach, stores, and restaurants couldn’t be beat. The entire property was great, we used the pool and the grilling area which added to our wonderful week at the beach.

Convenient and Comfortable

This condo is SOO spacious! All the rooms are big and tastefully decorated. It has everything needed for a memorable vacation - including a washer & dryer. Perfectly located within walking distance of plenty of great places to eat and meet. There is a free trolley stop right in front of the building. The owner is very friendly and responds quickly to inquiries; even called to make sure we rode out the hurricane safely. We had a great vacation here.

This condo has great kitchen, beach and bathroom amenities. Sue is so easily accessible if there is a situation. Our 2nd year here and hope to have more. Kids are now mid 20’s with partners and plenty of room and space.

Spacious & Well Appointed

We loved our stay in 502. Perfect location, large and well equipped. Modern and comfortable accommodations for 5 adults with plenty of room to spread out. Susan was great to work with and everything was as advertised. Easy walking distance to many of our favorite restaurants and yet just steps from the beautiful sand on crescent beach. Laundry in the unit was a much appreciated amenity as well as a giant couch and flat screen TV. Beds and pillows were also very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed at 10 different properties in siesta over the years and this is by far the best. From amenities, to location, size, views, it's all top notch. You will not find a better 3 bedroom unit on the beach. Sue is great and super responsive. You will have to spend near double the money to find a unit that competes.

Lovely setting

Wonderful 3 bed 3 bath condo with ocean views, located on the beach. Unit was clean and had a lot of cooking and entertaining utensils. We ate in every night, and enjoyed the in the heart of Siesta Key location for lunches out. We enjoyed the large screen tv for play-off games, even though our teams did not always win. This is a great condo on a great beach with sunset views. This is hard to beat, and we would love to return next year.
