Spectaculair uitzicht op het strand en de oceaan vanuit uw elegante appartement waar u de golven kunt horen. Het enige ding tussen u en het strand is het strandzwembad en het zwembad is prachtig.
Kijk en luister naar de golven tijdens het ontbijt op je 40 voet brede privé Lanai. Kijk uit voor de dolfijnen om mee te zwemmen. Verbazingwekkend vol strand en uitzicht op het water.
Ontspan in een heerlijk verwarmd zwembad aan het strand met uitzicht op de oceaan. Geniet van de jacuzzi bij het zwembad. Grill naast het strand op een van de twee gasgrills op ware grootte in een privégedeelte van de strandtuin. Elke grill heeft uitzicht op het strand, de oceaan en de zonsondergang, samen met afgelegen eetgelegenheden.
Bewonder de designkeuken van 404 - alle roestvrijstalen apparaten, granieten werkbladen, op maat gemaakte kasten, tegelvloeren, een plafondventilator en een uniek uitzicht op de oceaan. Super schone keuken.
Eet aan de ontbijtbar, aan de stijlvolle, comfortabele eettafel of op de Lanai met uitzicht op het zwembad, het strand en de oceaan. Er zijn overal prachtige uitzichten op het water.
Geniet van het luxe meubilair van de woonkamer, de grote flatscreen-HD Sony-tv, het surround-geluidssysteem, een dvd-speler en gratis breedband-WiFi. Ontspan en kijk naar het strand en de zonsondergang vanuit de woonkamer.
De grote slaapkamer heeft een kingsize bed, uitzicht op het strand / de oceaan en de ontspannende branding klinkt door glazen schuifdeuren naar de slaapkamer. Het beschikt ook over een inloopkast, een flatscreen-HD Sony-tv, een dvd-speler, een Bose-radio en veel opbergruimte.
De master bad is allemaal luxe - een glazen douchecabine met een betegelde bank, granieten aanrechtbladen, grote spiegel, aangepaste kasten en een föhn. Het is volledig bijgewerkt en sprankelend schoon.
De tweede slaapkamer heeft een queensize bed en een eenpersoonsbed, een flatscreen-tv met dvd-speler, een grote kast met schuifdeuren en plantation shutters. Mooi gescheiden van de slaapkamer voor privacy.
De tweede badkamer heeft een glazen badkuip, granieten aanrechtbladen, een grote spiegel en een föhn. Deze luxe badkamer is sprankelend schoon en heeft alle nieuwe armaturen.
Geniet van uw eigen kleding wasmachine en droger in een kast tussen de eethoek en de tweede badkamer. Het hebben van een eigen kleding wasmachine en droger is echt leuk.
Je hebt gereserveerde parkeerplaatsen gereserveerd om je auto buiten de zon van Florida te houden. Het is gunstig dicht bij de lobby en de lift.

Great Place

Beautiful updated unit. Awesome view with easy open windows on balcony! Covered parking space. Nice pool and grounds. Private beach. Highly recommended. Property management company very responsive. Will book again next year!

Beautiful location

This condo was very comfortable and relatively updated. The location was stellar, overlooking Siesta Key Beach and the beautiful lap pool. We could watch the sunset and dolphins playing from our porch! We walked the beautiful beach every morning, swam in the pool and enjoyed the hot tub! The condo was very convenient to downtown Sarasota and wonderful restaurants. The Horizons West staff was very helpful as well! Would definitely stay again!!

Very well laid out and equipped condo. Huge TV’s, including one on the lanai! Very clean and comfortable. Everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. We will be back!

This condo was excellent.

Everything about this property was excellent. It was clean, easy access, very nice area, beautiful beach front, easy check-in and out. The furniture was comfortable, linens were top quality. Even the cable TV was top notch with DVR service. It was the same as I have at home. I loved this place and would recommend it to anyone who loves the beach.

Amazing Crescent Beach view!!

Amazing Siesta Key/Crescent Beach property! The view was gorgeous, the silky white sand beach beautiful, the pool area very nice and comfortable space. The grounds are taken care of impeccably. It was very easy and quick to get from 4th floor condo to pool or beach. Loved this visit and will definitely be back.

Perfect place for social distancing in July!!

We loved this condo! Our two adult children worked from condo part of the time and the porch and WIFI were perfect for them. We were there in July, and we got the non-crowded beach and pool experience that we were looking for. Social distancing was not a problem. There was no problem finding excellent restaurants in the area that had outside dining that is important to us. What a terrific experience!

Stunning Views!!

We had an absolutely amazing vacation in Siesta Key!! Everything about our unit was perfect!! It was super clean and very well stocked. It even had things we needed that we didn't think about (such as beach towels!!) We had extended family staying at different locations near us and our property was by far the nicest and most convient. We plan on returning in the very near future!!

Amazing!

Our pre Christmas 2016 stay here was wonderful in so many ways. The views of the beach, the sound of the waves hitting the icing sugar coloured sand and the very well equipped and luxurious apartment were all exceptional. The communal areas were kept spotless, including the pool and beach area. We would definitely love to stay here again!

Stay at Unit 404 on Siesta Key

We absolutely loved the place and Mr. Pugsley was a wonderful host. The unit was immaculate, virtually everything we needed was at our fingertips, and Siesta Key is without a doubt the most beautiful beach in the world. The onsite management staff was wonderful, and the entire grounds was neat as a pin. We will definitely be staying there again.

Siesta Key from the lanai

The two bedroom, two bath condo was fantastic. Lots of tile, beautiful kitchen, lovely bedrooms and baths, great living and dining room layout and a view from the lanai that was breathtaking. We had a wonderful week enjoying the beach, pool and warm gulf water. Having a washer and dryer was so convenient. We really liked the layout of the kitchen. It was very updated and had everything we needed. The lanai was the icing on the cake. The windows opened to a view that was amazing even if it rained which it did only once in seven days. There was a table with chairs, a desk and two chairs for relaxing on the lanai. On the beach, there were chairs available chairs and umbrella tables by the pool and adequate beach towels available in the condo. The staff at Horizons West was extremely attentive and responded to our questions immediately. We arrived at 2:00 on Saturday and the condo was ready. Accessing the keys to the condo was very easy. Towel and bed linen exchange was a bonus and efficiently done. The location of the condo is convenient to great walking, good restaurants and convenient shopping. Access to the condo from the parking area was easy. The drive to Siesta Key village is very short. There are many stores and restaurants located withing a 10 to 15 minute drive. As far as cleanliness, when we arrived everything was immaculate. Our only suggestion is that replacing the two couches and two chairs with a new sectional and chair with ottoman is something to be considered. We would definitely recommend Horizons West to our friends and we plan to return next year. Thank you for a memorable vacation. It was so very relaxing..
