'Super clean and quiet little no-frills location sitting in the shadows of two major hotels..no staff on site but unless you have some kind of weird emergency, there's no need..within walking distance to some pretty decent restaurants and REI and convenient to the I40/440 interchange..if you want peace and quiet and love a place that quietly flies under the radar, then check out Hive House...'

'Front desk staff was courteous. Overall hotel was decent, but the cleanliness of our room was not good. There was a huge brown stain in the center of the floor, and it was apparent that it was not vacuumed prior to our stay because there were lots of crumbs on the floor along with “pieces of smoking items” which was quite shocking! Gym was nice along complimentary breakfast.'
