'I didnt recieve the key box code in time, was never told that towels and linen needed to be ordered , and the residence has no luggage or ski storage. I would avoid this apartment for ski vacations to Courchevel but the other residences managed by the building seem to be better managed with on site staff. '

'The apartment had not been cleaned. There was no bedding. We reported this to the number we had and the room got cleaned but there was still no bedding. We went out for dinner and when we returned the bedding was in a bag outside the door so we had to make our own beds at 1 am. Not acceptable. It was also very noisy. Any many locations are small and do not like walk-ins. In fact they are rather rude about walk-ins. You have to book well in advance. '

'Le studio est correct, visiblement rénové récemment. Quand nous sommes arrivés, il y avait des dizaines de mouches mortes partout, y compris dans la vaisselle. Une forte odeur d’égouts planait dans tout le studio.
Les équipements sont assez basiques, aucun produit d’entretien, vaisselle, pas d’éponge... il faut penser à tout apporter.
L’isolation est très mauvaise (tant acoustique que thermique).
Cote positif, la vue est dégagée et magnifique, un petit balcon bien agréable, et le personnel...
