'Very well equipped apartment with parking facility in a nice town close to the lake. Located in a quiet area, this new buiding offers comfort and peace of mind. Had a small issue with an appliance during my stay, contacted customer service who was fast to react and find a solution for me. For people not confortable with remote help, this one works big time. I was amazed how quickly they help. Highly recommended. Thank you customer service to make my stay as I expected! Will book against next...

'Pluspunten: op loopafstand van oude centrum, het meer is om de hoek, restaurants en winkels/supermarkt in de buurt. Heerlijke douche! Body lotion in de kamer, super handig! De receptie (samen met hotel Opera) is 24 uur open, anders dan op Expedia staat.
Minpunten: Kamer was in oppervlakte klein, lastig lopen, vooral met z'n 2-en. Het kussen was zo zacht, dat je net zo goed zonder kon.
Let op! Wil je een airco, dan niet in dit hotel verblijven. Er is wel een Dyson ventilator, maar dat is voor...

"We enjoyed staying at the hotel, the hotel is in close proximity to the tourist attractions in Zürich and easy to reach by car, there is a large car park next door which is also reasonably priced. We also arrived rather early and received an early check-in free of charge, which was very much appreciated. The rooms are modern and have good amenities. The staff was also very polite and helpful, we will definitely come back."
"The receptionists were friendly, the hotel is conveniently located near the train station. Overall I had a good stay.
Only problem was the lack of hot water in the morning in the shower. I don’t know what happened ( the main water taps were open - I verified as the receptionist told me to). Maybe another guest showered for an hour and the hot water was depleted? Who knows. Cold showers are supposedly healthy anyway. :)"
