'Overall the stay was fine, nothing alarming. Hotel looked really nice as we entered. However, the quality and standard of rooms were below expectations of a high reviewed/ star hotel. One example being the bathroom, shower heads were not consistent in the water pressure and so caused a lot of spraying all across. 'Can't understand what's so prestigous about it, fairly average really. Location is awful, name misleading. Set by a landfill site. Restaurant ok. Bathroom was nice.'

'We had the luck of staying during the week of Halloween. the room was spacious and comfortable. There was a wonderful Halloween event happening and we especially enjoyed the owl show. '

'The stay overall was quite good but it was a disappointing experience. After booking we where informed that work was taking place and we may be subjected to noise. I made contact to explain this was to be a special break for my Wife's 60th Birthday and they should have warned us about possible disruption before booking.
