'Pleasantly surprised at how large the room was. While there are a few areas of wear and tear, I found the room to be comfortable and clean. Bed was comfortable and even thought this location doesn’t have airco, they do have a fan in room. While small, the fan was sufficient to keep it cool enough for a good nights sleep.
We would definitely return to this location, if needed, in the future.

'From arrival to departure... the experience was wonderful! We stayed in the three shepherds huts which are beautifully updated to a very high standard. Dinner was DELISH as was breakfast. AVOID paying via hotels.com because it caused serious checkout problems... but NOT the fault of The Plough Inn -- WE LOVED IT! '

'The barman Gaba was on his own on Sunday night. He took the meal and drinks orders, he delivered the drinks and the meals. If anyone was at reception he would deal with them. All this was done with a smile. He also made sure all the guests were spoken to and he had a lovely,lively laugh. He and the rest of the staff made our stay superb. We will go there again. '

'As always, hospitality is defined by the people who provide it. The hotel staff was magnificent in this regard. From the breakfast servers to the front desk, everyone was kind, helpful and wore a smile. A special mention for the cleaning staff who did an excellent job every morning.
Breakfast was delicious with options such as eggs Florentine and eggs Benedict, although as a continental European i would have liked to have seen some cheeses at the buffet.

"Absolutely loved this hotel! Very warm and friendly staff, even gave us a freshly baked cookie. Spacious and clean rooms. Breakfast was fantastic with a lot of variety and even complimentart à la carte options as well. The HDMI port and mirror heating were very thoughtful!"
