'Fijne ontvangst, goede bedden, schone kamers. Centrale ligging, heel dichtbij treinstation en centrum. Minpunt: de eco-douches. Was meer mist/nevel dan water wat er uit de douchekop kwam. '

'The room was very,very clean.The room was extremely small for two people it is much to small, for one person its ok, but still very small. small .Check in and check out was quick and the staff was very friendly and helpful. There was no free breakfast so we didn't eat there. Parking is nearby in an underground parking garage. Unfortunately it was very dirty there and smelling of urine and poop in the stairwell. So please avoid the star well, go in by the car entrance .'

'Although their listing on Expedia mentioned available parking, they did not offer that. There is an adjacent parking garage though. That, however, was full plus limited to 1,9 M high cars (or even lower). It wasn't very hard to find a (street) parking spot 5 minute walk away for an acceptable tariff. Other than that small error in the listing it is a very nice place. Friendly service around the clock too. It will be my place to stay my next visit to Annecy! '

'Nette kamers maar wel heel klein voor dat bedrag wat de kamer kost. Afrader is om te eten tegenover het hotel (zelfde eigenaar). Zeer onvriendelijke bediening aan tafel, schijnbaar vinden ze het niet leuk om een groep van 9 personen te bwsienen'
