'Die Lage ist natürlich der Hammer. Wunderschön in Fußnähe zu tollen Buchten mit netten Stränden. Wir waren zu zweit in der Wohnung, dadurch war die Wohnung groß genug. Zu viert wäre es definitiv zu eng gewesen. Die Küche war super ausgestattet, alles da, was man braucht. Die Küchenmesser waren scharf und Geschirr war reichlich da. Die Kommunikation mit der Verwaltungsagentur ist nicht ganz so optimal, wie wenn man es direkt mit dem Vermieter zu tun hätte. Die Betten waren nicht sonderlich gut....

'Rental is facilitated through Homerti, which went smoothly with good and responsive communication. In the house, we got so much more than we expected - including 4 bedrooms (1 each) when the listing says 3. The bathrooms are new, great showers. Lots of space inside and out, including two terraces / verandas. Location is fantastic; a short walk to the marina and restaurants of Portopetro. Check in was easy. 'La casa es impresionante, con zonas de jardines, una piscina con zona chill dónde poder comer a gusto 10 personas, otra zona a la sombra para comer en el exterior, zona de bbq independiente, y la casa bien, con 5 habitaciones, una cocina excepcional... Comida y para disfrutar en su conjunto. Hemos ido dos familias, 10 en total, varios jóvenes de 18 a 27 años, algunos adultos y todos hemos podido disfrutar. A 20 minutos de un montón de Calas y 45 de la capital. Para repetir'

'Great outdoor sitting / eating / lounging areas. Very pretty round pool etc. Lots of space inside, nice well equipped kitchen. Not too much hot water...no big deal but impacted dishwashing, central burner on hob didnt' work properly - generator made noise in morning. On arrival limited stock of toilet paper / dishwasher tablets etc a minor irritation. However, overall very satisfied. Lovely place'

'In general we had a great, relaxed stay. The house was very clean and close to the beach and supermarket. The only con was the photos from the website don‘t represent how it really looks. The interior looks a bit old and the lightning is very cold and dark. So we didn’t feel that comfortable inside. Therefore the outside area was really nice. Furthermore the dogs in the neighbourhood are barking a lot which was annoying. Tony was very friendly and helped us with all of our question....
