Verblijf in het unieke Art House in het WNMU College District! Een gemakkelijke 15 minuten lopen naar het centrum van Silver City, dit huis is volledig gerenoveerd met een bijgewerkte cottage keuken en comfortabele leefruimtes. Twee mooie, goed ingerichte slaapkamers zijn perfect voor koppels die samen reizen of gezinnen. Een vijfde persoon kan worden ondergebracht op de extra grote bank.

Zet een koffie of cappuccino en geniet van een ontspannen ochtend op het terras, omringd door inheemse landschapsarchitectuur en kleurrijke metaalkunst door beeldhouwer Shelby Cox.

Art House is uitgerust met een Roku-tv, perfect om naar je favoriete muziek te luisteren of je in te leven voor een filmavond. We hebben een gids samengesteld met de fantastische restaurants, avonturen en evenementen die Silver City te bieden heeft.

Art House is gunstig gelegen aan US Highway 180 en is onderhevig aan snelweglawaai. Gelegen aan de westelijke rand van de stad in een woonwijk, is het verkeer 's nachts minimaal. Om eventuele overlast tot een minimum te beperken, hebben we onlangs dubbele beglazing geïnstalleerd voor een aangenaam en rustgevend verblijf.

Was a great place to stay for what we needed. Very close to the college and downtown. You could walk about a half mile to downtown. The only negative is the noise from the busy road and the parking on the street, no garage. Also, if you are in a wheel chair this place is not for you. Steep steps down to get to property and each room is a step down or step up.

Silver City Blues Fest

A wonderful little funky house. The art outside and inside the house made for a wonderful few days. Comfortable and convenient to the Blues Fest as well as the rest of town. The four of us all slept well and enjoyed our time there. Hope to reserve for next year.

Terrific location and comfort.

We enjoyed our stay at the Art House. The location is central to in and out of town activities. The house is both comfortable and well equipped. The house is not accessible, the entry being down several steps with no ramp available. Inside there are several changes of level between rooms. Our group was older and found these changes required extra attention to negotiate safely. Overall, a lovely house and host.

House was nice and clean but hot we arrived. Air Con is a window unit on in the living room and dining room. Bedroom was hot at 104 degrees at Silver. Bedrooms only has fans. Beds and pillows was comfy. I would recommend to replace the tiny,dirty and rusted toaster. Really did not want to use it. Guest pays good hard earned money to see that type of equipment is disappointing especially it only cost $10 and can be used for years to come. Listing stated a short walk to downtown, maybe for younger generations but not to mid sixties and seventies folks. Overall , nice comfy home with good size outdoors.

Great time

We like to get out of Tucson/PHX and see Silver City, especially the art. This property is in a quiet neighborhood and within walking distance of downtown. Four of us had a great time and never got in each other's way over the four day stay. All the amenities were top notch. Parking was a breeze. Beds comfortable. A lot of drivers in SC need a new muffler but that is another story. All in all, great time, great price, very pleased!

Super Comfortable!

Worked perfectly for us! We found it to be very clean, comfortable, well appointed and organized. And, as an added bonus, we found it aesthetically pleasing, both reflecting and adding to the character of Silver City.
