'We stayed at the cabin for two nights to relax and fish between visiting Glacier and Big Sky. It was harder for the men to get to the river than we thought it would be, but it was a very relaxing place to stay. We cooked our own meals in the very well equipped kitchen. The cabin was very clean and we loved the front porch. We (ladies) visited Twin Bridges one afternoon and loved the town museum, coffee shop and grocery store.'

'This is the second time we have stayed at this home. The house is in a quiet location, perfect for unplugging.We saw deer, rabbits, coyotes, and there is a porcupine that lives in the back. The house is as described and the host is very quick with responses if you have questions. The back yard is fenced and very kid friendly. I suppose it is considered a remote location, but groceries and other supplies are only 15 minutes away. We look forward to staying here again in the future.'

'Needed garbage sacks. Only had one in the can and no extras. I would suggest mirrors in the bedrooms. We were getting ready for a family wedding and an extra mirror or two would’ve been nice to have. Overall very nice, clean cabin. We had a lovely time. '

'Our stay was amazing. Lauren started talking to us early in the day to ensure they were ready for our arrival. She sent us directions and communicated with us all the way to the cabins. Nona the dog met us with one of the teen boys to ensure we were okay. They had a wagon for us so we had an easy time with luggage. We had a great walk on the property and truly enjoyed the outdoors. This is a much better value than a hotel. Stay here if you want to be close to Butte, Bozeman, or the Lewis and...

'We loved staying at Gretchen’s place. We stayed 2 nights and toured the Lewis and Clark caverns. The house had everything we needed. The kids had fun playing outside. The surrounding area is beautiful and peaceful. We appreciated the welcome note and gift from Gretchen!'

'We enjoyed a nice two-night stay in Pony. Having never been to the area, it was fun to explore local trails and to meet others at the Pony bar. The accommodations are nice but there's no getting around it being more camping than glam - come prepared, especially for meals, as the options are limited nearby. Host is great and easy to communicate with.'

'We had an awsome time. My 4 sons and i pick a location each summer to meet and fly fish . This place was perfect location to several rivers and the accomodations were perfect as well. Had everything we needed along with a quiet relaxing home in the evening'

'This was a great house for our family to stay well in Butte for a week. At a very nice quiet neighborhood that’s were very comfortable and everything was nice and clean. We did run out of some paper products by the time we left but not a big deal. '

'The beautiful location and property offer access to a river and incredible privacy. Horses are present on the premises and might occasionally pay you a friendly visit. During our visit, we observed only horses and did not see any cattle. IMO that’s a good thing because A) the horses are beautiful and B) you don’t get that cattle aroma.'
