The space
The well-appointed kitchen in the open-concept layout includes top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, exquisite countertops, a coffee maker for caffeine enthusiasts, and all the gourmet essentials for the discerning chef. Adjacent to the dining area, the living room features a comfortable couch offering more stunning views of the forest. Whether you choose to unwind by the large tile fireplace, enjoy a family movie night, or simply relax with the sunset in the background, the options are endless.

On the main level, discover the master suite with floor-to-ceiling windows, providing enchanting forest views. The en-suite bathroom boasts a spacious double sink vanity and a beautifully appointed walk-in shower. A powder room down the hall adds to the convenience. A stairwell next to the living area leads to the lower level, where the final two bedrooms, cozy den, patio access and a shared bathroom await. The second primary suite features a king-over-full bunk bed and a private bathroom with a shower-tub combination. The last bedroom offers a king-size bed in a tastefully decorated space, with the shared bathroom equipped with a double vanity and standing shower. Guests of Summit Sky Ranch have access to a variety of Summit Sky amenities including private hiking trails, private fishing waters, Aspen House and our Lake House. The Aspen House amenities include an outdoor heated pool, two hot tubs, a fitness center, a wellness room, a Ping-Pong table, a community gathering area with local tap beer and wine available and an outdoor fire pit. The Lake House amenities include a fire pit, 2 Grills, and 2 hot tubs nestled right on the spring-fed Lake Everist for fishing , kayaking and SUP'ing.

Cleaning fee includes $100 Summit Sky Amenity Access Fee

(This is a private exclusive lake for residents and their guests, with a lake, private beach, hot tubs, fire pit, and a lake house with a kitchen).

Outside of the amenities available to you at Summit Sky Ranch, you can also enjoy several top ski resorts a short distance away, cross-country skiing with free groomed trails, sledding, snowshoeing trails, ice skating, mountain biking trails, stand-up paddle boarding, kayaking, and sailing on Lake Dillon. There are also some fine shops and restaurants in Silverthorne, Frisco, Breckenridge, Keystone, and Dillon waiting for you to explore.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
