Casa Casimiro with private heated pool

Casa Casimiro is located in Pera in the quiet Urbanização Arroteias.
On the ground floor of Casa Casimirio there is a large living room with a dining area. From the living room you can access your terrace, where you also have a dining area and a barbecue. On the ground floor there is a large kitchen with a small balcony and a bedroom with a double bed, as well as a bathroom with a shower.

On the first floor, there are three bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms. On the first floor, there is a large terrace with a seating area, from which you have a beautiful view of the Monchique Mountains.

The living room and bedrooms are all equipped with air conditioning. In winter, there is an open fireplace at your disposal.

Like most of our holiday accommodations, it has TV (German-language channels, English-language channels, etc.) and MEO TV (over 100 Portuguese channels, series and films, some in the original English language) and fast fibre optic internet.

Casa Casimirio has a garden with its own large heated pool. You can park your cars in the driveway of the house.

The house has 4 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 kitchen and 3 bathrooms.
The beaches of Armação de Pêra are approx. 4.5 km away and Salgados beach is approx. 5 km away. The nearest large supermarket (Aldi) is about 2 km away. Zoomarine is about 5 km away and the Algarve Shopping Centre is about 6 km away.

The house is suitable for a maximum of 8 people. Pets are allowed on request.
