'Kendwa Sunset is very well located by a beautiful beach. Hotel is well kept and with a cosy feel. Green garden feel in first part of the hotel and beach vibe at the bungalows located as an extended part of the beach. Room was good with nice beds, clean and with nice size bathroom. Beach area is large with more space between chairs than many other hotels. Pool had great clear view over the beach and ocean. All this would give a 9-10 rating. However service was clearly the worst we experienced...

'Very nice hotel, well maintained and clean. The breakfast choice was quite limited but you could order your choice of eggs. The A La Carte menu was fantastic, Lobster or crab pasta was delicious and a very big portion as well as very reasonable prices. The only downside is the location which is on the main road and not as easy access to the sea by walking. '

'Terry’s Villa is truly a hidden gem! The location is perfect — just a quick 2-minute walk to the beach, close enough to enjoy the ocean but tucked away for peace and quiet. We are very glad how everything turned out. This location at Nungwi is good. At Kendwa we would be stuck at our resort. Here we had more flexibility on what to do all the time.
