Ezio Marchi House - Family Suite (for up to 4 people)

The vaulted Family Suite is located on the upper floor and offers panoramic views over the garden and the Valdichiana.

It consists of two spacious rooms totaling 50 sqm and a bathroom with double sinks and a walk-in shower. The suite features a large wrought-iron double bed, a hand-painted wooden wardrobe, a small table, sofa and chairs, as well as two additional single beds, making it ideal for a young family or a group of friends. A colourful 19th-century decorative frieze runs along the vaulted ceiling of the main bedroom and the bathroom.
The suite does not have a kitchen.

Casa Ezio Marchi (the birthplace of the zootechnician Ezio Marchi) is an ancient property that once included a Chianina cattle stable. The villa has been recently restored according to the principles of bio-sustainable architecture and offers peace and greenery while remaining close to major road connections, making it an ideal base for exploring Tuscany, Umbria, and Lazio.

The villa is located on a quiet cul-de-sac just outside the historic centre of Bettolle, with views stretching across Bettolle, Cortona, Montepulciano, Montefollonico, and the Cetona and Amiata mountains. Surrounded by olive trees, fig trees, and cypresses, there is plenty of green space and open countryside.

Guests can enjoy a 6-metre diameter above-ground swimming pool, and a natural saltwater swimming pond is currently under construction.

The property is also equipped with an EV charging station for electric cars, where you can recharge your vehicle at competitive rates.

Breakfast is available on request at €10 per person.

Three adorable Jack Russell dogs and a few cats also live on the property.
