Fijn hotel, vriendelijk personeel die met je meedenken. Bedden zijn voortreffelijk. Het ligt centraal en binnen 10 min loopafstand van de Metro. Prijs/kwaliteit verhouding is uitstekend.

Prettig verblijf !
Bij aankomst vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel die de bagage overnam. Het inchecken verliep vlot. Een ruime lobby en verschillende restaurants aanwezig. Goede sportvoorzieningen; zwembad, jacuzzi, gym, sauna.

Afhankelijk van de ligging van je kamer.
Ons kamer lag aan de kant van alle entertainment aan de straat kant en daardoor was het muziek nog redelijk te horen. Daarnaast was de airco ook eens kapot. Duurde tot de een na laatste dag alvorens deze gemaakt was. Dit kan ik zeggen is bijzonder vervelend in dit land. Kamer kwam niet onder de 25 graden uit en dan is slapen niet lekker met een lucht vochtigheid van 80% +. De kamers zijn wel erg schoon, personeel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Zwembad is goed ruim en warm. Eten is goed en gevarieerd. De ligging van het hotel is uitstekend. Dicht bij het metro en ook bij alle winkel centrums. Orchard straat is een en al winkels en eten dus als dit iets is wat je zoekt dan is dit hotel op de goede plek.

I recently stayed at this hotel with my family of 3 for 4 nights. After a long flight, we were looking forward to resting, but upon check-in, we found our room was not fully prepared. Despite having booked for 3 people and specifically requesting an extra bed in advance, the additional bed was missing. We also encountered issues with the room amenities. Essential items like toothbrushes and slippers were not provided. Throughout our stay, housekeeping consistently overlooked replacing items; for instance, our used toothbrushes were discarded without leaving replacements. By the end of our stay, we had no towels in our room, which compounded our frustration due to the apparent lack of professionalism. We had to call hotel service every night to request toothbrushes and towels. The persistence of these issues over several nights should have highlighted a clear lack of attention to detail. I had hoped to see improvements during our stay, but, regrettably, this did not occur.

Obwohl das Hotel nicht mehr ganz neu ist, ist es gepflegt und sauber. Die Zimmer sind ruhig und gut ausgestattet. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vom Hotel kann man die Stadt sehr gut mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erkunden. Die MRT-Station ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Auch mit Kindern kann man das Hotel empfehlen, da es mit dem Pool auf dem Dach eine Möglichkeit gibt etwas Spiel und Spaß zu haben und mit der riesigen Auswahl an Speisen für jeden das Richtige dabei sein sollte.

Our stay at the hotel was great. However our room was exposed to a very noisy road, the window isolation was very very bad we had the feeling to sleep on the street. Screams, horns, loudy engines during the night.

It was very nice, rooms were good and the beds were massive!! Only minor complaint was that the breakfast area was too small for the amount of guests. Often had to queue and when you got in it’s no place for politely queuing!! Other than that, great! Staff were mostly pleasant too.

Poor sound proof / loud noise at 4am
Stayed in third floor executive lounge floor - premium room with two beds. My issue is that at 4am or 5am every night there would be loud shouting outside as well as continuous honking by cars. It might be people coming out of bars and clubs. It was miserable for people who are trying to sleep!
