Dear Maria,Ibis budget Singapore Joo Chiat is a non smoking hotel. Guests are always welcome to inform our front desk staff of any smoke smell and we will work to resolve the smoke smell rapidly. Joo Chiat is in fact a fantastic estate which is popular with many tourists as they can discover the Perankan culture from the row of heritage shophouses, quaint stores and eateries in this part of Singapore. Bus 33 right outside our hotel goes to Dakota MRT station and from there allows easy access to city center and attractions.
