The room and hotel was ok. The location had a lot of construction around it but walking distance to Chinatown where you can find lots of shopping and places to eat. Unfortunately we had one of the parties not be able to attend the vacation and we tried to get the hotel to work with us by giving us a full refund for the unused room. We booked three. Unfortunately these corporations are so greedy that they denied us that one request despite us having stayed for 2 other rooms. That was disappointing as we still gave them business. Expedia did not help in the attempt to advocate for whatโs right and they did not return our request in a timely fashion. Highly disappointed and feel taken advantage of for something they couldโve rectified easily
