The hotel was not that great for the price, it’s cheaper than the other ones in the area though.The room & bathrooms had bad paint job,mini fridge has nothing provided. No ice machine & no ice provided when asked for it. Location was great. Really central . Didn’t have much amenities, house keeping gave horrible service when requesting for it. Upstairs Sky lounge had a nice view but it’s usually members only, if you want to go up you had to pay for drinks downstairs first . About $100 for entry, when I went up , I was given a hard time, discrimination against my name since I look more western & had a Chinese name. I would not stay there again.

The only thing that is not GOOD ENOUGH is the noise from the aircon. As these issues constantly happen to hotels, I won't give negative feedback this time. But I do expect the admin team could take some actions to solve this issue.

This is a very nice hotel. The room was lovely, clean and comfortable. The hotel does feel quite impersonal. There are only 2 lifts working at the moment. The reception is not on the ground floor so you have to use the lift to go between the floors, we could not find accessible stairs. Sometimes it took a while. The pool area is nice and relaxing. I only saw one of the pools. The surrounding area is quite noisy at night. The breakfast offered a good choice but is quite expensive. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

conveniently located in City so easy to go all attractions by public transport and taxi. We were lucky to have nice Marina bay view and Singapore skyline from our room. Only issue we had is not enough choice for Vegan/Vegetarian food in buffet and on menu.

I appreciate the early check in accommodations but the bathroom was lacking some toiletries. The mattress is very hard and uncomfortable. Stayed for 4 nights and the housekeeper didn’t even vacuum the room and bathroom floors.

The property is clean with great pools to refresh from the heat. The staff is very professional and great hosts. Avie was a great welcoming ambassador for the hotel! The bellmen are amazing and always helping guests, not just with luggage but with directions. The property is centrally located with easy access to the Arab district, the attractions along the river, China town, and Marina Bay. A lot of points of interests may be reached by walking although some may take a little longer than others. However, there are plenty of places to eat at along the river front in addition to the malls on the area. One caution is Sunday crowd is unbelievable around this area. If you are planning to be here on a Sunday, I recommend going away to Sentosa Island or to the Botanical garden. The hotel also gets a crowd on Sunday so if you leave early and come back late the. You could avoid the chaos.

Ideal location for sightseeing, rooms were very comfortable and clean. The bathroom was on the small side but adequate. Staff were very helpful, especially the concierges on the ground floor. The pool was great , lovely and cool after a hot day’s sightseeing! Lots of eating options around too, we would stay here again.

Du bruit toute la nuit (alertes, instructions au porte voix, depart des ambulances avec sirene). Menage de la chambre : l'aspirateur n'est pas passé tous les jours, ma tasse a café est plusieurs fois oubliee et non.nettoyees. 2 mails de demande de confirmation de reservation = jamais aucune reponse. Turned up - lift and room renovations were taking place, couldn’t rebook somewhere else. Was told work would take place from 9am - 6pm. A toddler isn’t great for loud sounds while adjusting to time difference and napping. Construction started various time around 8am to 7pm. Spent good money to be at home on the tools, well it sounds that way anyway. On top of that, the internet was slow and would cut out while on your phone and tv would freeze. Wouldn’t recommend a stay.

Kompetentes freundliches zuvorkommendes Personal. Nachdem das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen ist, wird es im Moment renoviert. Man war bemüht, rechtzeitig und proaktiv darauf hinzuweisen. Wir durften bereits eines der renovierten Zimmer nutzen. Für meine Begriffe hat man ein schönes aber nur bedingt zweickmäßiges Zimmer realisiert Mir persönlich fehlte z.B. ein Schrank und das sonst übliche - Kaffee / Tee Set
