Being a 5 star hotel, one would expect a 5 star experience but reality sadly fell short.
We chose this hotel for our wedding honeymoon stay and added it in our remarks but the rooms had nothing special. Not even extra decorations.
When we were sleeping, our TV's sound bar suddenly blasted music at max volume multiple times. Scared us awake. Technician said it was because another guest had accidentally connected to it. We received no form of compensation or service recovery for this fright.
Their hairdryer was broken at the hinge, one of the room phones had no sound and you must take the shuttle bus to explore the area. It is not conveniently walkable. At least the shuttle bus interval was fast.
Roomkeeping staff didn't clean the hairs in the toilet and they replenished our caffeinated coffees with decaffeinated ones...
We didn't mind the lack of special experience at first, but all these issue started stacking up and our stay felt like an overpriced stay at an overrated hotel.
Their lobby staff were all very nice and helpful but their services elsewhere fell short. It's a pity.
Would not recommend.
