Au calme, en plein centre-ville !
On ne peut trouver meilleure situation, et plus belle piscine pour un tel tarif...!! Très calme et pourtant situé à quelques centaines de mètres de la rue animée.... Très bien, personnel très souriant.

Might look kinda nice in the pictures, but this was a terrible hotel, really dirty and smelled weird. The room had ants and was never cleaned. Their idea of "cleaning" was to give me a new roll of toilet paper. Totally disgusting. Didn't even have windows, felt like a prison. STAY AWAY!

窓なしの部屋に長期滞在しました
9月から10月にかけて15泊しました。 ▲否定的な部分 窓無しはやはり厳しいです。アメニティがタオルのみ。歯ブラシ、ティッシュは無し。テレビのリモコン無し。アリがたくさんいる。ベッドのスプリングがへたって傾いている。 ○肯定的な部分 とても大事な点として、静かです。半月の滞在中、非常ベルが１度も鳴りませんでしたし、となりの部屋の生活音も当たり前のレベルでした。カードキー。金庫、冷蔵庫あり。狭くない。お湯がちゃんと出る。MRT がすぐそば。バス利用も便利。ホーカーもすぐとなりです。 ◆総評 値段なりの安ホテル。食べ物をこぼさなければアリは大丈夫(靴の裏に要注意。食べ物を踏むと、翌朝大変なことになります！)。 やはり窓有りをリクエストした方が良いと思います。寝に帰るだけの人にはおすすめできます。

整體還不錯
在新加坡，價格算是合理，也鄰近小印度地鐵站，地點尚算適中，但不算中心區，酒店沒有吹風機及拖鞋，但有雪櫃及夾萬，只是晚了洗澡，真的沒有熱水。

My room was satisfactory. The bathroom wasn't particularly clean but it wasn't disgusting. The room was pretty small but had a hot water pot and mini fridge. It is just across the boulevard from little India which was an area I really liked exploring, with lots of good food. 3 minute walk from major bus stop and MRT.

I never write any reviews, but I feel I have to because I booked the hotel room based on other people reviews saying how great the place was. The room was extremely dirty beyond belief- I think anyone would be better off staying at hostel. Also the room had a very strong musty smell and I couldn’t sleep from the strong smell. Moreover, they had some sort of flies in the washroom- so many that you can’t get rid of them. Don’t waste your money here- I understand people say we are only there to sleep and won’t be in the room for long- we’ll, your few hours of sleep will be far from restful or enjoyable.

私が泊まった部屋はシングルの窓なしの部屋でした。部屋は割りと広めだったと思います。スーツケースを広げても、まだ全然余裕がありました。また、シャワーはトイレの横にブースがありましたが、扉やカーテンはなかったのでトイレの床もびしょ濡れになりました。トイレとシャワーブースの間には10cm弱の高さの敷居はありました。同じ値段でも部屋によってベッドの配置が違ったりして、広さにはばらつきがあり、シャワーブースの作りにも違いがあるようです。 ホテルは駅の出口を出て駐車場を横切って通りを入るとすぐに到着しました。徒歩５分といったところです。 それから、部屋にティッシュはありませんでした。

同じ値段で同じクオリティのホテルはそうそうないのではないかと思います。コスパが良いです。駅からも近いし、部屋もある程度広いです。フリーギフトとして、お泊まりセットの一式をもらいました。

良い点としては、MRTの駅から近く、ドミトリーではない宿としてシンガポール内では安めの方だと思う。また、1部屋につき2本ミネラルウォーターのボトルが置かれており、ロビー階にはコーヒーメーカーがあり自由に飲むことができる。 悪い点としてはバスタオルはあるがハンドタオルはなく、シャンプーはボディーソープと供用のものしかない。また何故かトイレットペーパーホルダーがなく、Wi-Fiもあるらしいのだが上手く繋がらなかった。 シンガポールは宿泊費が高めなので仕方がないとは思うが、宿泊費に見合った部屋・サービスかどうかはちょっと微妙かも。

Ligger på gränsen till Little India. Entrén ligger på en tvärgata till Mackenzie road som av någon anledning anges som adress. Små men funktionella rum, kändes rent och låg nära tunnelbanan. I övrigt fanns det inte så mycket i närheten.

Located in near the little India area & there is a very affordable foot court near by in the little India area. The hotel is affordable. You will need a card to use the lifts & you will need more than one if there is two of you.

싱가포르에서 싸게 묵을 수 있는 곳
늦은 시간임에도 친절한 체크인 등 직원들의 태도는 좋았음. 그러나 주변 편의 시설 부족, 객실 내 용품 부족(화장실에 샴푸 겸용 클렌저 하나, 드라이기 없음..로비에서 빌려주긴 함), 개미 발견 등 미흡한 점이 많았음. 침대는 편함. 이 가격에 독립된 화장실을 가진 룸이 거의 없어서 선택하였음. 이 점을 크게 메리트로 치는 사람이 아니라면 비추. 건너편이 바로 리틀인디아.

フリーコーヒーは有り難いです。 部屋も綺麗で文句なしです。 荷物も預かって頂けますし、ムスタファセンタまでも歩いていける（15分程度歩けば）ので安価にシンガポールに泊まれて便利で綺麗なホテルであればおススメします。

Hyvä asiakaspalvelu ja mukava sijainti
Hotellin asiakaspalvelu on erinomaista. Huoneen layout sekä koko sopivia yksinmatkaajalle. Suihkuverho oli jostain syystä erittäin likainen, mikä vaikutti tietenkin kielteisellä tavalla vessan hygieniatasoon. Huoneissa ei ollut shampoota, mutta hammasharja- sekä tahna löytyivät. Lisäksi petyin ikkunattomaan huoneeseeni. Varauksen yhteydessä ei ollut mainintaa, ettei huoneessani olisi ikkunaa.

Near the MRT station, but not recommentably
We have been at ZEN for two nights and this was absolutely enough. We had one double and one tripple. Rooms especially the bathrooms were both very dirty, no comfort. The reception is on the fifth floor and mostly the elevator wasn't working. And the main entrence to the hotel was locked. So we couldn' t even enter the hotel. We cannot recommend this hotel.

Good location near MRT Little India and the room was about the standard you get in other countries around Singapore for around 10 €. But what really lowered our satisfaction was a hole in the bathroom ceiling. Not only was the hole covered with mold, it even dripped on you while sitting on the toilet. The AC in the ceiling in the middle of the room luckily wasn't covered with mold, but it dripped water nonetheless. Moldy stains as well around the sink. You could smell the wonderful taste of mold as soon as you entered the room.

Could have easily been better
The marketing photos look great, and so does the lobby and the room -initially. Then one notices the fridge that freezes everything, the emergency torch that doesn't charge/work, the shower rose that ONLY works handheld, the absolutely appalling toilet flush that never gets rid of everything, the wardrobe shelf (and there is only one!) that flips up the back when you put something near the front. The bonus is the Selera eatery downstairs (independently owned) which is very good food at insanely cheap prices. The staff is very helpful, though not too bright about the location. When calling for a taxi, one helpfully told us to wait "right outside the entrance" for the UBER, but had obviously told the driver the official address on MacKenzie Road whereas the entrance is actually fully on Niven Road.

호텔이름이 2개라 찾는데 시간도 오래걸리고 무엇보다 건물자체가 서커스에 온 느낌이라 좀 무서웠어요. 방은 나쁘지않았지만...무엇보다 침대위에 개미들이랑 벌레들이 계속나와서 오죽했으면 근처 다른호텔로 옮겼답니다. 비슷한가격에 더 청결, 편하고 안전한곳으로 예약하세요~후기는 잘 안남기지만 저와같은 일이 없으시길바라는마음으로 적어보네요.

it was a little bit difficult to find, the entrance looks like a movie theater and is red! very clean very nice staff close to little india, the only problem is that the bathroom is divided by glass only from the little room and sorry to be blunt it could make you fill uncomfortable to do what you need to do in it and the travel companion to hear or smell, I was travelling with my close friend and I was leaving the room to let her go... other than that it is a nice place very clean small but did the job for us.

Fairly good.
The conditions, rates, location and facilities are fairly good, but there is no 24-hour convenient store nearby. This is the only disadvantage.
