This brand-new one-room vacation apartment is 15 m² and features a 4-square-meter terrace overlooking the river, with a dining table, coffee maker, and electric kettle, as well as one chair for one person; however, it does not have a kitchen. It includes one bedroom with fresh linens and a closet.

The bathroom is assigned exclusively to the room and features a shower, wall-mounted toilet, and hair dryer, including fresh towels; a cosmetic mirror, iron, and ironing board are also provided.
A coffee maker and electric kettle are available.
Free Wi-Fi in all rooms and a TV in the living area.
Free parking right next to the house. You have an assigned parking spot for the apartment right next to the house.

Upon request, you can rent a locked garage for a fee.

The washing machine and dryer can be used free of charge, and in the summer, the ground-floor terrace/garden can be used for swimming and relaxing. A charging station for electric cars is available on-site (charging for a fee). If you’re arriving in an electric car, please let us know.

The vacation rental is located on the first floor in an idyllic village, 78224 Beuren an der Aach, near Lake Constance, adjacent to a nature reserve. The house was built in 2023; the vacation rental is brand-new, as is the furnishings. The house is located directly on the Aach River, and those who wish to swim in the summer can do so, as there is easy access to the river. For those who want to swim in Lake Constance, the nearest beach is only 10 km away.
