HOLIDAY HOUSE immersed in the green Mediterranean vegetation, convenient to the beaches of La Caletta, Santa Lucia, Sa Pedra Ruia. Inserted in a small and very recent residential complex, it consists of living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, double bedroom, second twin bedroom and bathroom; the property is completed by a large veranda furnished with table and chairs where you can eat outdoors and enjoy pleasant moments of relaxation and a parking space. Present: TV, washing machine and barbecue. All around there is a very large green area with lawn, vines, olive trees and the very rare pompia where both children can play peacefully and adults can enjoy regenerating walks immersed in the scents of clean air. Silence and tranquillity rule completely for a truly relaxing holiday, yet close to the main services of La Caletta and Siniscola as well as to the wonderful beaches of the area such as Berchida, Bidderosa, Sa Pedra Ruia characterised by a beautiful pine forest that plunges into a transparent sea of splendid colours. For larger groups, other three-room flats for six people and also a four-room flat with two bathrooms are available in the same building.
