Beautiful house surrounded by greenery near the beach of La Caletta, on the north- easter coast of Sardinia.
The house has an area of about 40 square meters and 45 square meters of veranda. Outside, a large garden with reserved parking space.
The house consists of a fully equipped kitchen, induction hob, utensils, stove, microwave, dishwasher and kettle. In the living room , flat screen sat TV, DVD player and sofa bed. Full bathroom with toilet, shower, sink, bidet and washing machine, fully furnished double bedroom. The windows are equipped with mosquito nets, there are also 2 fans for the hottest days.
