'I went there for work, and I want to be calm after work and not have too much commotion. I benefited a lot from this. From the moment I checked in at the desk, I was warmly welcomed by two ladies, whose names I am not great at remembering, but I received explanations about everything I wanted to know, and they were super cheerful and present throughout my stay. 'We spent 5 days at this beautiful resort. Everything is as pictured. Very luxurious. Valet service is offered if needed, and the guys are pretty amazing, Luke especially. The view from the dining veranda is breathtaking. We ate breakfast there every morning by the pool, everything was fresh and flavorful. We loved Lidienne, McKennly, Niteisha, and the young Gabrielle. They were awesome! They went above and beyond, every time. Our party rented a cabana by the pool, it was clean, cool, and cozy....

The rooms were in excellent condition – spacious and well-maintained, offering a very comfortable and enjoyable environment. Cleanliness throughout the accommodation was clearly a priority, which I truly appreciated.
Service was consistently good, with staff being attentive and helpful. There is a variety of dining options available close in the area. It was a pleasure to have so many choices for meals, catering to different tastes.
Furthermore, having a beautiful sandy beach directly accessible from the resort was a huge bonus. It provided the perfect setting for relaxation and enjoying the stunning Caribbean surroundings.
Overall, I highly recommend Simpson Bay Resort, Marina & Spa for anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and well-serviced stay with great amenities and dining options right on a lovely beach. I would happily return!

"Good hotel in a beautiful location next to Maho Beach, but I had an unpleasant experience on my last day. I was unexpectedly asked to move to another room because someone else was supposed to stay in mine — apparently, other guests were more important than me. I also requested a late checkout, which was confirmed until 11:30 AM. However, when the time came, no one seemed to know about it. I got a call asking why I hadn’t checked out yet, and a grumpy housekeeper showed up, saying she knew nothing about the late checkout. Not a nice way to be treated."
