Discover the breathtaking beauty of Siófok's Golden Shore in this modern, spacious 2-bedroom apartment, offering unparalleled panoramic views of Lake Balaton. With its private beach access, you can enjoy the charm of the waterfront from the comfort of the terrace or while lounging by the pool, while the kids play in the playground. The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests and comes with numerous amenities. Private parking is available in the enclosed courtyard.

In front of the entrance of the accommodation, there is a private, grassy courtyard separated by a vegetative fence, offering a panoramic view of Lake Balaton. Upon entering the apartment, we arrive in the living room with an American-style kitchen. From here, there are two separate bedrooms, a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet, as well as a separate toilet. Opposite the entrance is the balcony, which also offers beautiful views of Lake Balaton.

Guests are welcome to use the entire apartment, including the fenced grassy courtyard and balcony. Following the residential complex rules, guests have access to the adult and children's pools in the communal courtyard, along with the provided sun loungers, subject to availability of space. Children must be supervised by adults when using these facilities, as well as the playground. Parking is provided for 1 car within the residential complex. Additional cars can park in the street parking lot, depending on the availability of spaces.

It is mandatory to register in the Guest app with a valid ID card, passport, or driver's license. After registration, guests will receive the guest information booklet with entry details. Prior to arrival, we must provide the names of guests, car type, and license plate number to the residential complex gate.
