I thought things were nice overall. Only thing missing was a mini fridge in the room. Other than that, staff was great, room was clean, etc.

The property is relatively new or recently updates. On arrival, a $25 depoait ia required vy credit card- front desk saidnit would be credited backnto my account. (Hopefully it will be.) The rooms are small but clean. Coffee is available in the common area - no coffee or microwave in the rooms (very small fridge). No closets and very little storage. Parking lot is okay. Street parking only at nearby restaurants - some are walking distance.

Had a room above us making a lot of noise all night. called the front desk at 10pm and 2:30 am. Nothing was done about it. Made a mention about it to the front desk in the morning as was told I should have requested a room on that floor when I booked. so basically my fault.

They had an Uber-like service all day/night for free. Really helpful when needing to get places quicker and easier. Best service a hotel can offer to be honest.

The hotel was modern, rooms spacious, beds comfortable and the grab and go breakfast was good. The only issue we had, was the train’s horn that sounded like it was coming through our room all night long. The tracks were about a 1/2 block away.

The hotel itself appeared new and in good condition. Our room was dirty, tables and floors had dirt and hair and the chair was covered in spots of some substance. Beds were uncomfortable and the train horns were blowing all night long.

Rude staff, no breakfast, dirty room
Got there and our air conditioning wasn't working, addressed it with the lady at the front desk, who was incredibly rude. She advised me to just push the reset button on the power cord, and asked if I'd used the thermostat in the wall or used the buttons on the unit. Which I could see people doing but I said no I used the thermostat and she rolled her eyes at me. I went back to the room and tried it three times to no avail. Our room was 80 degrees by the time we went to bed and super humid. Was told there would be breakfast until 10 yet went at 9 and again at 9:30 and there were no hot options available. There were two bagels and some prepackaged muffins. Our bathroom was dirty and in need of repairs, then we found a huge spider and web in our shower. I stayed here a year ago and it was not like this, definitely won't be staying again.

The premise seemed clean and new. The beds were comfortable, shower had food pressure, food options were average. Check in process took an extraordinary long amount of time. We were super tired and did not appreciate the slow computers and lack of communication. Took at least 45 minutes to check in.

Not very clean for a newer hotel. Hard floors weren’t cleaned well and are extremely noisy. Sounded like someone pounding on floor with hammer above us. Also hotel is right between a gas station and a rail crossing, good luck sleeping if you are a light sleeper.
