'Loved it'

'I stayed with my family of 5 and we had plenty of room. The hotel was extremely clean and the staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was good and the breakfast room overlooked Lake Superior which was lovely. My son enjoyed the workout room and my whole family absolutely loved the pool area. This is a very nice hotel and the price can’t be beat!! Looking forward to staying again in the future!'

'Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Best Super 8 breakfast that was comparable to a Holiday inn express. Not just cereal and make your own waffle, very unexpected and appreciated. It would be super if all Super 8s had this breakfast. Also the best maintained Super 8 that I've experienced. The pool was super clean, very rare to see that.'

'Staff was pleasant and lobby offers an array of brochures of things to do in the area. ATM machine did not work in the lobby so make sure you bring cash. Room was spacious, beds very comfortable, nice TV and bathroom. We’re all very clean. Make sure you bring your own amenities because they are very scanned in your room. 'Redelijk nieuw hotel in nette staat. Prijs - kwaliteit verhouding niet oké; veel te duur voor het gebodene. En dan ook nog $5 voor een flesje water vragen dat bij de meeste hotels gewoon complementary is... Hotel heeft houten vloeren dus elke voetstap is een etage lager te horen. Echt niet meer van deze tijd! Continental breakfast was redelijk beperkt (zeker voor deze prijsklasse) en dan ook nog flut plastic bestek en bordjes. Geen aanrader.'

'We only stayed one night because we were passing through. We were upgraded from a cabin to the lake house for no charge because of a booking conflict, so that was very good for us ! Lake house was very roomy , and had lots of character. Some antique furnishings , a full kitchen and laundry, and even two tubs of locally made ice cream in the freezer ! Mainfloor washroom was way too far away away from the bedrooms for our liking , but that would be our only complaint.'

'We stayed the week for my wife's business trip to the Bayfield area. There is a lot of positive things about this place. Our unit had frontage on the main road coming into town, but it was still quiet. It is an older facility, but has been kept up or has been restored as a labor of love. It was a very clean room.
