The Staff was equally amazing and I think the experience was greatly enhanced due to the smiling / service driving work attitude of these people. 'The hotel is lovely, and the room was very spacious and comfortable. The only issue is that the bed was quite hard for such a nice hotel. Additionally, on the last night, we were disturbed for about 5-10 minutes around 1:30 am due to the lights coming on and a loud announcements saying, "May I have your attention!" But no alarm sounded and there was no emergency.'
