Apartment with lakefront terrace, located in Sirmione within the residence with swimming pool “I Mosaici.”



The apartment, equipped with air conditioning in all rooms and free Wi-Fi connection, welcomes guests with a bright living room featuring a double sofa bed, dining table with chairs, flat-screen TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, citrus juicer, coffee machine, and toaster.

The living room opens onto a large private terrace with a wonderful lake view, equipped with an outdoor dining table and chairs for al fresco meals.



The apartment continues with a bedroom featuring a comfortable double bed and wardrobes, and a bathroom with shower, washbasin, bidet, toilet, and washing machine.



Guests can easily park one car in the private garage inside the residence and an additional car in the shared parking spaces of the “I Mosaici” residence.



The swimming pool is available from June 1st to September 30th.

Pets are allowed upon request with a small extra fee.

A baby cot and a high chair can be provided upon request with a small extra cost of €5 per night.



Self check-in is available: a few days before arrival, guests will receive all the necessary instructions to access the accommodation independently.



At the time of arrival or a few days before, the payment of the tourist tax may be required, depending on local regulations.

Surrounded by the greenery of a beautiful park, the thermal center offers everything you need to regenerate and find serenity and well-being, thanks to the healing sulfurous waters flowing warm from the bottom of the lake.

Also worth visiting are Villa Callas — a venue hosting music events — and the stunning beaches such as Lido delle Bionde and Jamaica Beach.



The apartment is easily reachable from Verona Villafranca Airport, just a 20-minute drive away.
