Lovely apartment inside a residential complex with shared swimming pool, in Sirmione.The apartment, located on the second floor reachable on foot, opens onto the bright living room equipped with a double sofa bed, TV and dining table. The living room overlooks two balconies, the first equipped with a table and chairs ideal for enjoying moments of relaxation in the open air, the second with a magnificent lake view. The apartment continues with an independent kitchen complete with kettle, microwave, toaster and American coffee maker. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom furnished with a queen-size bed, closet and television. A bathroom with a shower completes the layout.Guests will have air conditioning in the living room, a fan in the bedroom, independent heating for colder days, a washing machine, and free Wi-Fi.Guests can park their cars in the facility's private garage (measurements: width 2.75m length 4.08m height 2.40m).*Please note that the ramp to the garage is somewhat steep.*We inform our guests that the building is currently undergoing renovations. For this reason, it is possible that there may be noise during the day and the hours of access to the parking garages may be limited.Pets weighing less than 12 kg are welcome, at an extra charge of €35 per pet per stay.The shared swimming pool is open from the 1st of May to the 30th of September. Surrounded by the plants of a suggestive park, the spa offers everything tourists need to regenerate and regain serenity and well-being, thanks to the curative sulphurous waters that flow warm from the bottom of the lake. Not to be missed is also Villa Callas, a residence that hosts musical events, and the wonderful beaches such as Lido delle Bionde or Jamaica beach.The apartment is around 10 minutes by car from the Desenzano train station and about 30 minutes from the airport of Verona.
