  • Graziella Het appartement is gelegen in het historische centrum, met uitzicht op het Piazza Carducci, geniet van een prachtig uitzicht op het meer, kunt u romantische zonsondergangen te bewonderen; Het ligt dicht bij het middeleeuwse kasteel (50m), Terme di Sirmione (500m), Grotte di Catullo (800m). Ingericht met oog voor detail en is voorzien van alle nodige comfort te zorgen dat u zich "thuis", zeer ruim (100mt2) en licht, met twee terrassen. Mijn accommodatie is geschikt voor koppels.
    De accommodatie is een 100 vierkante meter penthouse bestaat uit vier kamers, een badkamer en twee terrassen met uitzicht op het meer, en een 360 ° uitzicht over de oude stad binnen de muren. De master bedroom is ingericht in een romantische stijl met nieuwe en comfortabele matrassen en kussens. De woonkamer wordt verlicht door grote ramen met uitzicht op de westelijke oever van het meer, uitgerust met TV LED-flatscreen. De moderne keuken heeft een ontbijttafel en alle apparatuur en nuttige met aansluitingen voor de huidige comfort. Tweede woonkamer met een slaapbank en een flatscreen-tv met led-televisie. De vierde kamer is de Local Study met gevulde bibliotheek en historische foto's van het Gardameer.
    Gasten hebben toegang tot alle van de zolderkamers.

Easy to catch boats to other towns. Right on the central square. Grocery/souvenir shop close by in oldtown.

The apartment was in a fantastic location. It is right by the ferry terminal which made it so easy to travel to other beautiful towns around the lake. Sirmione is stunning and it was fun to wait for the town to empty out so we had the town almost to ourselves at night. The apartment is charming and feels so authentic. Cute little eccentricities in the decor that we enjoyed. The kitchen and dining area are light and bright and the balcony is great for looking out over the square. The television room is calm, dark and cozy. The location cannot be better for exploring all of Sirmione. The stairs might not be the easiest with luggage but we actually appreciated them after eating pasta and drinking in town. Some very nice welcoming food treats and water were also provided. Last we had great communication with the property manager.

The apartment was perfect for our stay. Could not be more central, with lovely view over the main square and out across the lake. Two minute walk to the ferry terminal, very welcome when returning from a long hot day elsewhere on the lake. Despite its central location the apartment is very quiet, particularly the main bedroom, due to effective double glazing. There are very numerous cafe's, restaurants, gelateria and shops a stones-throw from the front door. The apartment is significantly larger than it looks in the photographs - takes up the whole of the top floor of the building. The terrace is a major asset - lovely for breakfast, watching the square come to life, the sunset at night. The apartment was very clean and is the best equipped that we have ever stayed in, also Luca had left us a very extensive welcome pack.Check-in was very smooth with very clear and detailed instructions for using the key box and gaining entry to the apartment.

A Treasure

Graziella’s house in Sirmione is wonderful. The apartment is steps from the main square and the ferry. Ivano was a phone call away for any help needed. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Sirmione. It’s on the third floor and the square is lively. The view from the balcony is fantastic.

Amazing apartment in an ideal location

We loved Graziella House! The photos of this apartment do not do it justice - it is spacious yet cozy, wonderfully decorated with lots of character. The kitchen and bathroom are well appointed with everything you need and both include new fixtures and appliances. The balcony overlooking Piazza Carducci was my favorite place to relax both early in the morning and in the evening at sunset. We couldn't ask for a better location for exploring Lake Garda. The ferry stop is literally 1 minute from the door (you can watch the ferries come and go from the balcony), and there are many lively restaurants just a few steps away. And if you like gelato, we counted 7 gelateria within 1 block. One note of caution - if you prefer a quiet atmosphere at night, this may not be the place for you. As I said, there are many lively restaurants nearby and we could hear people celebrating well into the night. It didn't bother us, but I can see where it might bother some people. Graziella was a wonderful host and was always very prompt in responding to my messages prior to our arrival. We had no cause to contact her during our stay, but I have no doubt we would have experienced the same treatment. I can't say enough about this apartment - we absolutely loved it and hated to leave. We also loved Lake Garda and hope to return someday soon - if so we certainly will stay at Graziella House again!

Außergewöhnliches Penthaus in der Altstadt

Diese Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen. 1. Lage: Mitten in der Altstadt von Sirmione fühlt man sich als Teil einer anderen, besonderen Welt. Vom Balkon aus genießt man den Blick auf einen belebten Platz und auf den See. Je nach Tageszeit ist es ruhig oder sehr quirlig. Man hat alles im Blick, und es wird nie langweilig. 2. Ausstattung: Die Wohnung ist äußerst hochwertig und komfortabel sowie mit sicherem Geschmack ausgestattet. Dabei wurde auch auf Kleinigkeiten Wert gelegt. 3. Empfang: Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Erstausstattung an Lebensmitteln von Obst über Kaffee und Kekse stand bereit. Pflege- und Kosmetikartikel in sehr guter Qualität waren ebenfalls vorhanden. 4. Fazit: Wir haben uns in dieser Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und können sie uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Sehr schöne, zentral gelegene Wohnung mit toller Aussicht.

Von den Gastgebern wurden wir herzlich mit einem Willkommenspaket empfangen. Die Wohnung im 3. Stock ist hell mit großen Fenstern und liebevoll eingerichtet, mit Klimaanlage in 3 Räumen. Die Küche ist neu und umfangreich ausgestattet. Man hat vom langen Balkon einen tollen Blick auf die lebhafte Piazza und über den See, abends auch mal Livemusik oder Künstler auf der Piazza. Die Fähren legen fast vor der Haustür ab. Über eine Stiege gelangt man auf die Dachterrasse mit Blick auf die Burg, sonst aber wenig nutzbar. Eine rundum empfehlenswerte Wohnung. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Grazie Mille an Graziella! Der Parkplatz liegt vor der Burg, fußläufig erreichbar. Man bekommt eine Parkkarte. Hotelgäste und Anwohner fahren nach Passieren eines Polizeipostens langsam durch die Touristenströme.

Ottima posizione e appartamento molto bello

L'appartamento è in pieno centro, a due passi (letteralmente) dalla Rocca Scaligera. Gode di una bella vista sull'imbarcadero del traghetto e sulla piazza. Spazioso, luminoso e molto curato nei particolari. Accoglienza gentile e cortese. L'appartamento è adatto anche a soggiorni prolungati. E' collocato al terzo piano, senza ascensore. Dal terrazzo si gode di una bellissima vista sulla piazza.
