500 meters from the Virgilio thermal baths, which are within easy walking distance. 1.5 km from Brema Beach and 3 km from the historic center (accessible by car, on foot, or by shuttle bus).
There are numerous places to visit in the surrounding area: Gardaland, towns around Lake Garda, Verona,..
The apartment offers all the comforts you need for an unforgettable vacation on Lake Garda. It is located on the first floor (no elevator) and consists of:
- a double bedroom with a balcony
- a bedroom with bunk beds
- a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette and a lounge area featuring a sofa bed, TV, and 2 balconies (one of which is furnished with outdoor sofas)

One set of towels per person per stay and bed linens are provided.

Free parking is available in front of the apartment.
The entire apartment is available to guests, with the exception of a small hallway used for private purposes.

Do not allow people to enter who are not included in your reservation.
Parties are not permitted.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

Upon check-in, guests over the age of 14 must pay the tourist tax in cash or by bank transfer in accordance with the regulations in effect in the municipality of Sirmione.
The standard tourist tax for guests over 14 years of age is €2.80 per person per day, calculated for a maximum of 7 nights.
