Zeldzame kans om de unit van de ontwikkelaar te huren in Sister Bay's nieuwste, luxe appartementencomplex met uitzicht op water.

Prachtig uitzicht op de jachthaven, op maat gemaakte kasten, kwartswerkbladen, roestvrijstalen apparaten, decoratieve tegels en meer wachten op u in deze speciale vakantiewoning.

Loop je patiodeur uit naar 14 restaurants, bars en coffeeshops, waaronder de beroemde Al Johnson's. Loop naar de jachthaven, strand, parasailen, bootverhuur, watersporten, winkelen, bowlen, park, bibliotheek en meer.

101 ligt op 15 minuten van de Washington Island Ferry en Newport Beach State Park, het enige wildernisstaatspark van Wisconsin en een van de 48 internationale donkere parken ter wereld.

Honden zijn niet alleen welkom, maar worden ook aangemoedigd (we willen foto's zien). * Maximaal twee honden. Het totale gewicht van beide honden moet minder zijn dan 50 lbs. Geen Rottweilers of Pit Bulls. Hoewel we van alle honden houden, moeten we de condominiumregels naleven en respecteren.

101 is een unit op de eerste verdieping zonder trappen of lift. Het wordt geleverd met een felbegeerde parkeerplaats in het centrum.

Sister Bay is het hele jaar door een bestemming. Geniet in de zomer van Freedom Fest, Marina Fest, livemuziek, films in het park, varen en meer. Fabulous week in Sister Bay

Wonderful week in this beautiful condo. In the heart of Sister Bay, we were able to walk everywhere! Condo was clean, updated, and had plenty amenities for us. We enjoyed the outdoor patio and being able to have our pup with us. Mary was a fabulous host and was always timely with communication. Great stay, we will certainly look to return!

Wonderful stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo is beautiful. Everything you could need was provided. Clear instructions for everything. Location is the BEST! Parking and private garage was a plus. The host, Mary was professional and very responsive to any questions we had. During our stay it snowed several inches but when we got up in the morning the lot was completely cleared. Loved the view out the living room window and the fireplace. We will be back!

Door County Gem

What a gorgeous, supremely-appointed VRBO! From the beautiful decor to the comfiest beds to the expansive waterfront view, you will never want to leave. The Sister Bay location is walkable to any downtown restaurant or shop and literally steps from the beach and marina. The host is wonderful, has assured that the space is easy to use, and every aspect of functionality is explained. Everyone in our family of five adults, a four- month old, and a dog absolutely loved 101. We so hope to return to this year-round gem soon!

perfect week

5 of us spent a week here and had a great time. 101 is extremely well stocked for a week of vacation (including beach chairs and games and a wagon to help you get everything to the beach). Plus the location is excellent. Easy walk to the beach, restaurants, shops, etc., and the kids could walk out the door and be fishing 2 minutes later. We definitely hope to return.

Great Location!

We loved our stay at 101! The location is unbeatable. We walked to the beach/playground every day, walked to Wild Tomato, Al Johnson’s, and Husby’s for meals, and generally just enjoyed sitting on the back patio watching the boats on the marina away in the breeze. The property was so clean and beautifully decorated. Beds were comfortable, and bathrooms were fully stocked. There were so many things provided from beach towels to yard games and even a wagon to tote stuff down to the beach. We will definitely be looking to book here on our next trip to DC!

Amazing location luxury accommodations

This propery is a jewel in Sister Bay. The location is steps away from the action of the marina and beach and delicious restaurant's. The sunsets over the bay are a beautiful way to end each day. The interior leaves nothing to want and has beautiful finishes and decor as well as being comfortable. Mary is an exceptional host and very responsive for any questions. We will definitely be coming back.

101Sister Bay-Perfection!

My husband and I were absolutely delighted by 101 Sister Bay! The condo was extremely clean and well organized for guests. We have been Door County visitors for 30 plus years and have finally found the perfect rental! Our host was very welcoming and shared a beautiful spot with us. We spent every night on the patio looking at the Marina watching the sunset. The spacious, well decorated unit was like a warm hug the moment we walked in. We had our best friend Wilson with us and our four legged family member felt relaxed immediately. We had a perfect stay and will be returning. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Great place!

The place was perfect, exactly as shown. It was enough space for me, my spouse, our infant, my sister, brother in law, and parents. It’s walking distance to everything you’d want to do in sister bay. Easy parking, comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, board games, a pack n play, even amenities for our dog! I could go on and on, we definitely be booking again!

Simply wonderful!

Sitting directly across from Sister Bay Marina, this condo offers a breathtaking view of Green Bay. It is within walking distance to so many eateries and shops. The Boathouse restaurant just next door was a favorite! The owner Mary has provided almost anything you need for your stay in Door…so many special touches! Finding such a lovely, pet friendly property far exceeded our expectations! We are already booked for a week in the fall!

Great for the holidays

We stayed at The 101 over the Christmas holiday and had a relaxing family celebration. The host had decorated the place with many nice holiday touches and decor, which added to our experience. Mary was very communicative and clear with her emails and on-site instructions. She answered our questions immediately. The property is very clean and bright, with everything we needed to survive the winter snow storm that blew across the lake. Thanks for helping contribute to a new family holiday tradition.
