SLAAPKAMERS: 3 stijlvolle slaapkamers: 2 koningen, 6 singles in een stapelbed kamer, en een slaapbank in de tweede woonruimte loft, er is een plek voor iedereen!

BOEKINGEN: minimaal 2 dagen. Volgende zomer 2020 juli tot september zijn op een week tot week verhuur start en eindigend zaterdag tot zaterdag.

LOCATIE: Midden in het centrum van Glaze Meadow Recreation Center en zwembad met een bubbelbad, training faciliteit, fietsverhuur en spa! Ook: tennisbanen, hoefijzers, augurk bal, basketbal, golf, jeu de boules en gemakkelijke toegang tot fietspaden het achterdek!

HUISREGELS: Dit appartement is rookvrij (geen vapen aub) en huisdiervrij. Gasten moeten 25 jaar oud zijn (of vergezeld door een volwassene van 25 jaar en ouder). De creditcard kan na vertrek in rekening worden gebracht tot $ 500 als de woning is beschadigd, overmatig schoonmaken vereist is of als er items ontbreken. De verstrekte creditcard moet op naam van de hoofdgast staan.

BBR FEE: $ 9 per persoon per dag te betalen bij aankomst bij de welkomstbalie voor uw parkeerpas en gebruik van de zwembaden en faciliteiten samen met toegang via de privépoorten. Golf is extra.

Communication was fantastic! Originally supposed to go for MLK weekend but the snow storm had us reschedule to late May. They were very accommodating to the switch, the space was fantastic, comfy beds, nice kitchen with a clutch griddle! Hot tub, fire pit and BBQ were great exterior features.

Perfect Location

We came for a ladies spa weekend, and this was the perfect location! It is a 5 minute walk to the spa, we only had two cars, but ample amount of parking space for more. Perfect amount of space in the house for 5 ladies, and so cozy! We will definitely be back!

The home is beautiful and in a perfect location. We absolutely loved this home down to even the small details. The host has everything you might need for cooking, relaxing, recreating. The kitchen is well stocked, even with condiments, which is so nice. The game selection was appreciated by all age groups. We enjoyed the ping-pong table and rode the bikes around the ranch. Very close to Glaze Meadow pool. Hot tub was used every evening. Soft sheets. Loft was fun for pre-teen bedroom. Kitchen utensils, tools easy to find. Shelf for dishes makes them easy to find. Propane tank at firepit is empty - but not a big deal this time of year. Barbeque grill needs checking or cleaning - fire level adjustment? big flame outs randomly, even when turned off continued to burn with big flames for a while.

This house was perfect for our group. The location is PERFECT and it was the little things that made it a BIG A+....the soaps/shampoo etc were exactly what we love at home, the pickle ball racquets, outdoor seating options, etc. We loved it and would definitely stay here again.

Great modern space at super convenient location

We really enjoyed our stay at Black Butte Ranch in large part due to this wonderful home. The layout was really great - two bedrooms on the main floor and a bunk room on the top floor (in addition to a loft space) - gave our family of 4 ample room to enjoy. There were nice design touches throughout that made the space feel neat and orderly! The location was also really great. Walking distance to playground and the best kids pool on the whole ranch (according to our littles). The hosts were welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure we had a happy stay. Would 100% recommend!

Family vacation

We have gone to Black Butte a few times now. We have four kids 3yrs to 15yrs. We always use the BBQs and this is usually where we have found the worst condition of homes in the past. Not here, the grill worked very well and was clean. The hot tub was also very clean and in great condition. The home instructions including clean up were easy and very clear. The house also has equipment for all the common activities in the area which is great to minimize what we need to pack. We enjoyed our stay and will return! Thank you both very much.

Gorgeous update in best location!

We have the most wonderful time staying in this little beautee ;) Not many places seem to be updated at the ranch and we really loved how they’ve made some beautiful modern updates! The house was calm and quiet and had everything we needed while also being just a short walk from Glaze Meadow pool area which our kids would spend every minute at! Aymee was easy to communicate with and our check in process was seamless. The hammock was a favorite as well as the hot tub and we enjoyed using their bikes as well. Couldn’t recommend staying here more, we hope to be back!

BBR Weekend Getaway

My husband and I visited with our 2 kids ages 2 and 4. The house setup is very nice, clean, some recent remodels and newer furniture. We loved the location being near the glaze meadow pool. The only critiques are that it could use some updated pots, pans, silverware, serving utensils. And AC would be a bonus. We lucked out with nice weather and cool evenings but it could get hard to cool down especially if there is forest fire smoke in the air when windows need to stay closed (sad to plan for that but seems like reality these days).
